This is one of the worst hotels in India. The behavior of the staffs are extremely harrassed. They don't know manners and they are not well trained. They may drag you out of the room in midnight. They torcher the guests to leave the room a day before check out. I suggest none should book this hotel. You may be put in a trap if you book this hotel. I request Tourism department to close this hotel very soon for public welfare...This is my own experience in a vacation trip.

Hotel Staff and Manager is totally Unprofessional and truly stupid . No commitment Value . Food quality is very cheap. AC is not working properly Checkout done without pripor confirmation. Just they want to more income only through unprofessional manner. I am recommend to you Kindly don't visit this hotel in future.

It was my second time in this hotel and all I can say, its probably the finest in Jagdalpur. Excellent clean rooms, cordial staffs and very good service. Uninterrupted fast wifi (though some rooms have connectivity issues). The restaurant serves lip smacking vegetarian food. The buffet breakfast spread is well laid out, but sometimes they tend to repeat the same menu everyday. The hotel is centrally located which makes convenient to access from the train station or airport and other places. Keep up the good work. ⭕ CON: Electric Kettle with tea, coffee amenities are absent and should be provided in all rooms (only present in suite rooms). Kindly do look into this. It's necessity nowadays.

This place was gross 🤢.. The service was very bad... The glass smelled like fish. N saliva. Just imagine drinking something like that even if you pay a high price for everything. The services r gross like the waiter don't talk nicely. N served rice with "HAIR" on it!! 😤🤬🤮. ....
