I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hotel Suri. The service was exceptionally slow, taking half an hour to serve tea and a staggering one and a half hours for the food. The lack of cleanliness and unhygienic conditions further added to the dismay. The combination of poor service and an exorbitant tariff makes this hotel an utterly unsatisfactory choice. Don't book room in this hotel

Good hotel to stay, however the range of items under complimentary breakfast should be increased. Needs more cleanliness of Rooms and wash rooms.

Hotel Suri international, jagdalpur, my worst hotel stay in my hotel experience that I'm 60 years now.. No respect for senior citizens. The ACs do not work properly..10/15 year old Window ACs which rattle and cough to stop every three four hours..bad attitude of all the staff. I was there from 3/10 till 6/10/2022 , and believe me it was my worst most holiday. O God!! After repeated requests to the manager below ( some mr. adhikary) no amends improvements were made.

The hotel looks very good from outside, even the lobby . But rooms are a different story altogether. Very poorly maintained washroom, the toilet seat even had stains on it. When asked the staff to clean, the excuse was that sweeper hasn't come in. The glasses provided in the room were dirty (sediments from previous use), sheets were torn etc..I cannot describe the whole terrible experience. The only positive thing was that the staff at the reception was receptive of the criticism.||Do not stay here at all.
