I recently stayed at Hotel Ham Residency, and while the experience had some good points, there were a few major issues that affected my stay. Starting with the positives, the location of the hotel is quite convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful during check-in. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable, which allowed for a decent night’s sleep. However, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The air conditioner in my room was dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, making the room feel stuffy. The walls were also quite dirty, and there were visible stains in certain areas. Additionally, the maintenance of the door curtains was poor, as they were hanging unevenly and didn’t block out light properly. One of the biggest disappointments was that bathroom essentials were not provided properly—there were no toiletries or even basic amenities like toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo. Overall, the room and the atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable, and I believe more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would greatly improve the experience. I hope the hotel management takes note of these areas for improvement. The hotel has potential, but these issues need to be addressed for a better guest experience.

I stayed here for a business trip to jagdalpur. The room was spacious and full of all the necessary amenities. A perfect 3* hotel in City, jagdalpur. Service was good. The breakfast was very tasty and impressive. In room dining is reasonably priced and tastes very good too. Staff behavior and housekeeping are also good. Good place to stay for families too.

The ambience, location,service, rooms, housekeeping and food all are very good. We enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend to book the hotel. It is value for money and will enjoy the stay.Didn't expected this kind of hospitality in a remote place like Jagdalpur.......Kudos to the whole team 👍👌

It was asowam experience staying in Hotel ham Residency. I have stayed for 3 nights with my family. Rooms are specious, clean and safe environment. Food in restaurant is very tasty and hygiene.Talking about price in restaurant is affordable.Almost it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone to prefer Hotel ham Residency jagdalpur.

Finest hotel with some best management and staff with a great hospitality service with some really great food quality quantity and taste........ Premium and variant range of rooms, Great location! Totally satisfied with the service the hotel provides!! Highly recommended !!! Very humble and a generous owner they have in the hotel !! The hotel is really fabulous, the food and service was excellent. The rooms are really luxurious with many amenities and the prices for the rooms are really affordable. Rooms are very good. Staffs are very cooperative. Location is very good. Food is must try. Everyone should try the food, it is very amazing.

Rooms and service were good, but my booking experience was pathetic. They simply denied card payment. For card payments also, they were asking to transfer to some personal id, instead of business account, hence couldn't use the card there also. Online price was much lesser including everything. Not a great experience.
