Pihu Palace

What a pathetic place to watch a movie. My brother and I booked tickets in advance for the night show(stree2), the lift was out of order and when we arrived, the waiting hall was full of mosquitoes. When I requested the staff turn on a fan, they informed me that the fans were not working and the AC was also out of order. The washroom was unhygienic, covered in pan masala spit, and clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. After asking us to wait for half an hour, they then refused to start the night show because there were too few people. My main issue is that if they already knew about these problems, why did they wasted our time and subject us to mosquitoes? Their staff (attached in pic)were incredibly arrogant, offering no apology for the inconvenience. When I requested a refund and was taking pictures to document the situation for a review, that staff sitting in the ticket counter reacted aggressively and verbally abused me as I was about to start my bike. I have never encountered such a terrible theater experience in my life, and I hope never to again. My advice to potential viewers is to avoid this place. It’s better to wait for the Blu-ray release or find an alternative. They seem to be taking advantage of their monopoly in Kharsia. I hope this review is helpful to others. 30 August 2024.

Not bad. Facilities are there but a little bit costly compared to other hotels. They promised to improve, let's see what they can contribute to improve their services. Will again review after a few days.

I went there for movie 🎥🍿, experience was not good their cooling system was not working well and it's feel suffocating in Summers.

Great room service and very helpful and respectful staff. They are very helpful and I really good service

The hotel has no working restaurant . The bed sheets and towel were not cleaned . Had them changed . The Air conditioning is good . Bathroom was clean . But there is no room service for food
