The kind of service this hotel offers to it’s guests is exceptional. Shivam and team are great at work and very welcoming and helpful. Food menu is also very well curated. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are in need of renovation,For every service you need to chase the staff receptionist is having no idea what the hell is she doing i have to repeat thrice my contact no. after as well she was not able to write it and at that time no rush was their. Parking is very small if you are hosting a party be aware your guests will have to struggle finding a place to park.You vehicle will be parked outside of the hotel which means your vehicle will be parked beside a public road.

powerful employee? (Ranjan gupta is best ) Employee and better Reception counter service in hotel.It reserves employees to become Hotel Manager. If I need a hotel then I would like to take it only under the guidance of this Empolae. This person solved the problem occurring in the hotel in just a few minutes.

This hotel has lost its charm. It used to be a good hotel and a famous one in Korba. But over the years the quality has come down. The rooms are the same as earlier. TV, Beds, bathroom accessories, etc. looks very old. A totally new makeover is required. On the other hand there are brand new hotels nearby and people will naturally get attracted to them. So advice to management will be to redo all the interiors and keep the costs competitive.
