Hotel Raj Mahal

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the worst decision I ever made. The hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. They kept changing our room multiple times without any explanation. The rooms were filthy and smelly. The bed, pillow, and blankets were stained and dirty. There was loud noise from another room and I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was old and run-down. The wall had cracks and the gate was not secure. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. They didn't provide any basic amenities like toothpaste and soap. They charged me 550 for a night which was a rip-off. The TV was broken and the drinking water was cloudy. The water tap in the bathroom was also not working. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare and I will never come back here again.

Some rooms in this hotel urgently need maintenance.. Some rooms are good but some are so outdated and poorly taken care of. Toilets and bathrooms are decent in some rooms and in others they are worst and you won't feel hygiene and clean. The hotel staff members are well behaved. TV doesn't work in rooms. If you are willing to stay here, please make sure to have a look before entering.

this is the best budget hotel in raigarh, location of this hotel is very good heart of the city and near to railway station and staying there idiol for shopping bussiness office work. food are also very testy & hygenic ... overall if u find a budget hotel You must go there.

I deleted my 5 year ago review because that time everything was good, after covid some rooms are good otherwise need maintenance, mainly buks problems in roome, now food test is changed, food prices is so high as compared location, no thali available, cost vise good, otherwise vise ok ok. Location is good walking distance from railway station, everything is near by hotel, staff behavior is very good, service is very good ,owner behavior is good,
