Capital O Hotel Corbiz Tower

Over all experience was good.At this tariff rooms are okay,clean washroom.All staffs behaviour good and specially Manager was very helpfull. But the room service is not up to the mark and the Complimentary breakfast is very poor.everyday the same food item delivered by the restaurant and the food taste and quality very bad.We had to go outside for breakfast. Please rectified those point.The hotel environment rooms quality everything is fine and the helpfull Manager,for these reasons I gave 5 star....Hope for better in future.

Room were very nice for the price I have paid. The location was difficult. No vehicle is available. It was suitable for nearby hospital visitors. Breakfast was given in the room Only. It's okay. The bread they served was not good. Staff were polite and courteous. The only thing is location, otherwise it's a very good hotel.

I was denied for a soap for two days saying there is no stock. After requesting also my room want cleaned. Evening after giving the keys I was told that keys weren't given as a reason for not cleaning. AC isn't working properly rooms are very shaby. Price for tea Rs 100. Water was RS 30 and was charged 40. Worst hotel in either West India that I've ever stayed. Shivganga is a better hotel where I shifted later. Please don't stay in corbiz.

I stayed here for four nights earlier this year in June with access to the Hotel level and was really blown away by this hotel. The rooms are absolutely amazing. Huge, modern, and clean. Bathrooms - modern and spacious. The Hotel had great views and served great drinks/food. Room service was delicious.

This was my worst experience in recent memory. The hotel is located in a very off the route place. the approach road is under construction. The rooms are small and stinky. The staff is very non-courteous. The security guard doesn't allow the car to stay on the porch for more than 2 minutes. If you have to take out the luggage, you need to take the car out of the hotel compound to pick up the luggage. The credit card machine doesn't work. They don't serve non-vegetarian food.||||On the voucher, they had mentioned that the guest would get a complimentary breakfast buffet. But when I got up in the morning and went to the restaurant, the manager said that you can have one main dish like paratha-dahi or puri-sabji or idli-sambhar alongwith tea. When I showed them my Makemytrip voucher, they said that each guest is eligible for breakfast items worth Rs. 200 only. Then I had to call up Makemytrip.com customer service and spend 45 minutes on the phone to get 1 Aloo Paratha- Dahi, Fresh Cut Fruits and a cup of tea.||||And yes, there's no fitness centre or swimming pool, but I think, they had charged for it in the online booking voucher.||A strong recommendation to all the readers: Please don't visit this hotel, You will feel let down in a big way.

This hotel is ok enough for emergency but has I don't know why not a very good vibe. Rooms are obviously comfortable and the staff is courteous but the food is very weak from taste point of view but is safe n clean to eat. Adjacent to major hospitals in Raipur makes it ideal choice for patient relatives.

Door locks do not work properly, loud ac noise, ac doesn't cool as on remote display, b/f has only 1 option apart from bread butter/jam. Hygiene 0 points.. waiters apply butter on bread with bare hands, touching paratha. Full of mosquito's and with no provision for all-out ans other repellent. Rude staff, nothing I can rate 2 stars.

Rooms are good. Bit small for the budget. Staff and management is very good and helpful. Restaurant is costly and only veg food available. Bathroom was clean and they immediately took care of any problem we told. Area is peaceful and quite spacious.
