Operated by a sweet couple this hotel offers a homely environment. Though not easy to locate, its near to major hospitals and chowk in Raipur. Visited in August 2023.

The behavior of the staff was very good. The service was also full of love and respect. There was no problem of any kind. The price is 100–200 bps more than other hotels.

A hotel with really reasonable price and gives the cool chill vibes. Food is delightful and Mr. Rochlani is very kind person it was such a great pleasure to spend days at crystal hotel. Awesome hotel make sure to visit!! 🤩💗✨️
