Food quality is good but not up to the mark. Price is high and taste is average. And service is very late. After finishing starter take too much time to prepare the main course despite few person or costmer on the table.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ivy, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and well-trained—hats off to them for their outstanding service! However, while Hotel Ivy is a 4-star property, the pricing is on par with 5-star hotels, which raises expectations. Unfortunately, certain aspects fell short of justifying the premium pricing. The restaurant menu was quite basic, and the breakfast was mediocre, more akin to what you’d find in a regular hotel rather than a premium one. With some improvements in the dining options, the hotel could offer better value for money and a more well-rounded experience.

recently visited the Ivy Hotel in Rampur and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable ambiance with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. I enjoyed the local touch, food was was both delicious and authentic. The location is centrally located and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Not aware of room service as our stay was so quick on both days!

The establishment is conveniently situated near the bustling highway and exudes a delightful ambiance. Our family recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. The culinary offerings were exceptional, particularly the corn cheese balls, cigar rolls, and chili paneer. The mocktails were also quite enjoyable. The atmosphere was serene and the interior decor was tastefully done, providing a well-organized seating arrangement that was perfect for families. Although alcoholic beverages are served, the establishment maintains a dignified and respectful environment. The staff members were well-mannered and exhibited professional conduct, contributing to an overall enjoyable family experience. One minor suggestion for improvement would be for the parking attendants or gate guards to maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor towards all guests. This would further enhance the overall experience and eliminate any potential drawbacks.

Food experience is not so good. Stayed for 4 days except food every thing was decent according to tariff. Staff is well behaved. Rather than focusing on food quality they have have focus on selling unnecessary tension and Hassel on their main entrance by setting up expensive toy shop. Which is a headache for parents because of their price. Served raw, cold and even rotten boiled egg in breakfast. Another day encounter hair in their omelette. In house Ala card preference is on higher side according to taste and quality in my personal opinion.

Extremely well behaved hospitality.... I dine there frequently.... Due to tasty and delicious food and cooperative staffs. I also did two parties in three months.... A great experience.... I was escorted by Mr. Ram niwas jee and his team.. All should be thank ful for there efforts and service.

The food is really good. Staffs are well behaved . Fast service. Wide range of liquors available. They also have a seperate smoking room.

Excellent stay at Hotel Ivy Raipur! Modern rooms, friendly staff, great food. Minor WiFi issues, but overall, wonderful experience. Recommended!
