I would like to give 0 ratings for this hotel. Rooms : rooms are in very bad condition. Most of the rooms have leakage problems , they have damped walls and bad odour in rooms. Services : they don’t provide all the listed services online like WiFi and most of the geysers are not working . They vl give excuses like it’s under maintenance. They took rs. 1800 per day but didnt provide listed services. Worst services and staff

They won't clean the plates properly literally i felt like I was ready to eat in another's plate. They have their own prices for the soft drinks like they give one pep bottle of drink for 35/- rupees. Provide tasty food too.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, especially given its new and appealing appearance. However, I was sorely disappointed. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than expected. For a full chicken curry, one would anticipate 8 large pieces of chicken, but we were served only 6 small pieces. Additionally, the starters were exorbitantly priced considering their meager portion sizes. We ordered two chicken starters, yet they were scantily populated with chicken, overshadowed by thick coatings. The food lacked flavor, suggesting that corners were being cut to reduce costs. It was an overrated experience. Avoid this place at all costs! Not only did they erroneously charge us for an extra lemonade we never ordered, but the staff's unprofessionalism was unacceptable. Every time we called to address the issue, a new person answered the phone and displayed a chilly attitude towards our concerns. Despite their assurances, we never received a refund for the overcharge. Please steer clear of City Pride Restaurant if you value your culinary experiences and finances. It was truly the worst dining encounter I've ever had.

Exceptionally poor service, plus hotel staff doesnt care! Hotel rooms are congested and okish in cleanliness!! Frequent power cut was observered!! Also one time the water supply was cut!! There are always key cards issues in hotel with no backup keys! I feel just the location is good except that everything is very average!

I stayed here in December and referred a friend today but after intimation earlier in the morning they didn't allowed my friend's girlfriend stating they need extra money, on the other hand they said that they can allow a male guest for free. Worst for couples. I would have given them "0" if that option was available.

Don't go by seeing the decorative lights and new building. Red chilli powder all around in all items. Thandi and tasteless veg and nonveg both type of biryani. Unchi dukaan bakwas pakwan.
