I had the worst experience at this hotel. I booked a room through OYO and even prepaid for my stay. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff denied giving us a room unless we paid an additional amount. Despite showing them proof of payment and my confirmed booking, they outright refused to honor the reservation. To make matters worse, the owner and staff behaved rudely and made us feel completely unwelcome. This left us stranded and humiliated after traveling a long distance. Such unethical practices and unprofessional behavior are shocking. I strongly urge OYO to take strict action against this hotel for scamming customers and tarnishing their reputation. For anyone considering staying here – save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

We booked this hotel from OYO Apps 3 classic room with AC and while booking discussed the OYO customer care as well. When we checked in yesterday evening . They have refused to allocate the AC room. They have charged an extra Rs 1500 for allocating AC rooms I think they are trapping customers by showing less amount during booking but when you visit the hotel they will ask for additional money. Called to OYO customer care they have tried to connect them they did not receive their call and through my mobile also denied to attend them OYO team has requested us to move diff hotel at night 11pm but we did not agree as we are 11 members including 3 kids and my old parents..very unfortunate OYO has tied with them but they are not able to helped us.Very bad experience. Rooms are not properly cleaned and bathrooms are horrible u cannot imagine how bad it is .. Please avoid this hotel.

This hotel room was very bad maintenance also bad smell coming from room and bed , blanket, bedsheet and pillow didn't wash. Bathroom, room was very dirty. Hotel manager behaviour is not good. Main problem is that I book room online but at the property manager demand extra money otherwise they deny to giving room.

Worst lodge I ever stayed. Pathetic rooms, pathetic service and pathetic food quality. The owner is a fraud guy. I have booked through OYO. OYO sent confirmation for one rate and after reaching the hotel they were asking for a higher price or they were refusing to provide rooms. At night 11pm I was not having any option other than to pay an extra amount. And then when I was checking out they forced into my phone and give themselves 5 rating and then they were saying that oyo has forcefully kept thier hotel in the app

They have charged extra what is showing on Oyo app. It's like they are traping customers by showing less amount during booking but when you will visit hotel they will ask for additional money. Very bad experience. Please avoid this hotel.

3 times Extra charges by hotel ..and they ask when AC On you will be 400 extra charges ..and staff behavior was very rust..bathroom was very dirty and no shop / handwash , No Towel , no napkin.. blanket was torn and dirty please Never prefer this hotel

WARNING-- Pls don't book this hotel.They charge you 3 times more than Oyo and Goibibo. 1) They will MISBEHAVE with you. 2) They ABUSE you. Please don't pay in cash.Always make payment online.Ask for bill. When you will ask the reason behind it they will explain they are not registered on OYO and GOIBIBO. 1) There are lots of MOSQUITOES. 2) Bedsheets are not cleaned. 3) toilet is stinking. 4) Lights also go off frequently. The owner might be having criminal background.Guests are NOT SAFE here.🙏🙏🙏🙏 PLS AVOID THIS HOTEL. all the guests write reviews on Google so that others are saved.
