OYO Flagship 45586 Hotel Airport Inn

Bad experience 1)the linen in the beds were dirty 2)Pillow covers were long time used me stinking 3)no water in the shower taps 4)noise from the fam was terrible 5)despite complaining about all these and asking for another room. The staff said we are fully booked , busy 3 rooms right in front of was empty. Staying in this hotel can get you bug bites Simple advice is avoid this hotel at all cost

Would have given (-)5 rating if possible. 1) Be aware of OYO SCAM. Dont book until u talk to property manager directly. 2) They say, its a 24*7 service property,Its a myth.. Never think u will be taken proper care if reach after midnight. 3) Unnecessary Delay in room service and at the end , "NO ROOM SERVICE" 4) Whenever u turn AC on, it ejects water into the bathroom. It was also irritating for me. 5) The pictures will speak louder , regarding Cleanliness and Hygine. NB- Pictures were taken immediately after been allotted the room. Worst, devastating , pathetic experience. Better property can be accessed , in the price range

Worst experience I had . There is no option of minus rating otherwise I would have given -5 to this hotel. Totally greedy people, after booking from goibibo they denied check in asking 500 extra. I requested them so many times as my wife was with me too but they don’t allow us. Finally have to leave to airport. Don’t ever book this hotel

It's not good hotel. There is no basic amenities. Even TV also not working. Fan is noisy. If you added breakfast in app they are not providing breakfast telling breakfast is extra cost. All over dirty. Dirty rooms, bedsheets, towel, dustbins dirty bed. Bathroom is totally unhygienic. Bad smell. There is no window anywhere in the room and bathroom. There is no ventilation so all the time it is very bad smell inside. Worst experience. 0 star.

This hotel is senitize and very safe due to they are using Mass and covid19 kit to check all of their guests,also staff's are educated and carrying like family and the best thing is they are providing Free pick up & drop facilities I've never find these type facilities in Oyo hotel's. I will be again accomoding me and my girlfriend in Airport inn hotel whish couple friendly and very close to Raipur Airport.

The man Nirmal who was on the counter cheated me taken ₹2000/ ane the bill given to me was only ₹1500/ another man came with me was charged ₹1200/ only you can see the booking register he told me you are punished for demanding the oyo next time we will give you consession but don't say oyo
