Decent hotel with large rooms. Food is good and it is centrally located which is very convinent. Staff is courteous and will make your stay pleasent. Rashmi Ratnakar manager of the hotel will ensure all your queries will resolved. Will defenately recommend .

Stay was there from my company. Location was good but a direction mark to the hotel in the main road if possible, would be better. The rooms were moderately furnished but there were stains in the walls, pillow and their covers. The food was of average quality. The taste definitely needs improvement. I believe these things were happening due to lack of sufficient staffs. Even the existing staffs need more training. The basic amenities were there but these were provided after being asked. I wish the hotel takes this feedback as words for improvement. Architecture and space involved are good enough. These can be utilised in a better way to make the hotel lucrative.

Despite room being booked well in advance and for corporate client,room key issued was not working and had to wait for over 10 minutes for person to come and open the door while checking in TV in the room was not working.After complaint technician came with alternate set top box after 15 minutes. Had asked reception for a bandaid(due to cut by sharp corner of bed) and it was not available. Room service is good. Choice in Complimentary breakfast is decent.
