I would like to say that overall Downton Hotel is a very good hotel. It is getting converted into Regenta in. The GM Mr Shankar Jha and Manager Mr Shailendra are very hospitable. ||The rooms give a feel of a good 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities. Bed, office table, kettle, fridge, cupboard, locker etc. The room lighting should be improved. ||The food here is very good and tasty. Not very spicy and oily. The staff is very helpful. ||I stayed her with 30 plus guest for my sisters wedding for 4 days and everyone enjoyed. They have a very spacious lobby and Haldi ceremony was organised there. The mehendi and Sangeet in their hall. ||Best wishes to Regenta Inn Raipur

The perfect budget stay at a decent location. I have come to raipur for my engagement and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and I must say, this is one of the best budget stay I have ever had. With a close proximity from the railway station and a luxurious feel around all corners of this place. Food was tasty, staff were really polite and responsive. Highly recommended.

Very sad experience we loose our money because of receptionist kindly keep good receptionist in your hotel Yesterday we booked two rooms ,in check in time I told two rooms double occupancy but. Your receptionist mentioned single occupancy so we loose 2000 rupees really sad sad we are regular Coustemer downtown hotel but yesterday very bad experience we took room num 214 and 215

Great Value for Money Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, goes out of way to help, especially the guy at reception. Location is very prime and easily reached out by cabs. Rooms are clean and spacious,though linen can be little more clean. Restaurant prices are on higher side and there is also an attached bar and spa. Overall a great property. Would like to visit again.

If you want to sleep on blood stained bed sheets, which are also torn and hidden under blankets, good luck with staying at this hotel. We booked this hotel hoping to get a decent, clean bed to sleep a night but overall experience turned out to be a nightmare. All bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers etc had oil/ color/ blood stains and were yellow instead of white. When asked to change the sheets, the staff brought a decent white sheet after multiple tries. The feedback we got from the staff was - “sir our laundry company gives really bad service”. Question to management- if you are aware of a bad laundry vendor, why cant you fix the problem. I hope you understand this destroys your brand value - whatever you have. Anyhow- after 3 tries, the staff could not find a clean blanket cover so we decided to sleep without a blanket and ended up shivering and cold through the night. Not worth your buck and emotional stress. Stay away from railway station as most hotels have high turnover and don’t care as much about decent service.

Best with the family and dinner was superb and management was really impressive ❤️❤️❤️by dolly and Sonu and starter was really awesome and and all stuff was very helpful ambiance of hotel is really great desert are pretty tasty and my family loved

They are lot list to explain.|1.Hotel|When i reched hotel at time of 11:30 am. There is security came out to near my vehicle to greetings us and he took our luggage to the reception.||2.Reception |Its very super fast check-in process by Mr.Niraj and he is very frindely to us not only to us i saw him he was very closed to every guest.||3.Housekeeping |What a surprise when i enter in room. Room was quite big with excellent cleaning and fragrance and bath room was clean with all the amenities.|Special thanks to Ms.sunkumari she has a nice smile always on her face.||4.Restaurant |It is very wonderful when I enter the restuarent I felt at my home.The service staff is very active and taking care of every little thing.The staff explain the menu so clearly that is difficult for me to understand what to eat.☺|Special thanks to Mr.Prashant..He has great smile always on his face. ||5.IRD|All staff is very active guy and behavior is also fine. Room service is very fast.|Thanks to all staff.
