Regenta Inn Downton Raipur

Room is great, the service not so sure, the location is fine. But there’s a blunder that happened. I’m adding this review so you don’t do it! Instead of adding 2 people, I added 1 person for a big ass room that can accommodate 3 people. I paid the full money, after the check in the guy calls and says that the modification can not be done and I have to pay for another person (additional 1500) when the guy could have asked me to modify before checking me in! But he did see that we were 2 people and let us check in then (this blurs the modification option for users) then called me and asked to pay 1500! Bullshit. The whole hotel is empty, this is how they mint money!

Smooth check in , good specious rooms , wash room also very specious, restaurant ambience is good food quality is good but slightly in costly side, location is very close to main market .
