OYO 13546 Hotel City Palace

The super saver rooms are really small, without proper ventilation. The staff is nice and cooperative, especially the manager. Our stay was hassle free. During the day time the roads are really crowded, so you won't get cab from here, you need to go to phool chowk to board the cab.

worst hotel ever i have been too. unfortunately i booked through makemytrip.com. the rooms are exact opposite of the photographs. unhygienic, filthy. The towel they gave was not at all worth using. I arrived early to check in the staff was sleeping st the reception on the floor with entrance locked. They showed me room while they were still sleepy didn't even cared to wash their face. terrible terrible terrible. waste of money.

Value for money spacious rooms near to the market area, good quality food near the hotel you can have outside food no restriction. Wifi (complimentary)works fine on laptop but a bit problem on mobile. The location is very good and mall is also within 2.5km.

If you're here for the official work than this is not good option for the stay at this hotel. Mosquito inside the room, washroom not neat and clean & there is source of natural air and light inside the room just pack a squre room. Hotel is surrounded with all shopping market if you love shopping than you can stay here and location is not up to the mark and transport facility and traffic issue due to rush in hole sale market.

Personal is good. Some of them speaks English very good, some - poor. Room was clean. Noicy AC system. There is room servis to order meals. Theoreticly there is WiFi near reception, but I could not get it working.|

1. Food which I ordered was never delivered on said time 2. Washroom was not clean 3. Staff was unmanaged 4. Rooms were not the same as shown in the picture they were smaller than that in the picture 5. Extra charges imposed unnecessarily 6. Forced to rate 5 star on Oyo app 7. A.C didn't cool fast.

I had the misfortune of being booked into this hotel by MakeMytrip from 7th to 9th January, 2015.||There is no approach road to the hotel. You have to carry your bags through a narrow dirty congested lane yourself to reach the so called reception.The staff without any uniforms are most discourteous. Rooms and bathrooms are the dirtiest I have ever seen in 40 years of travelling . There is no restaurant. so the complimentary breakfast is a big fraud. The worst part is that they refuse to issue a bill while checking out. Please avoid the hotel like plague||||. Dr.K.S.Arora

It's the worst hotel I ever experience I had booked the rooms 3 weeks before and they cancelled my booking before I reach to the location. And they also don't know how to treat people on phone. They tell lies that you have booking on another date. I strongly recommend not to take this hotel as your accommodation. Thank you
