Collection O 19852 Queens Castle

A nice neat and clean hotel. Stay here was very comfortable. The staff are very helpful. The check in and check out is hassle free. They have food option also but i did not taste it. This hotel is little distance of the main road so difficult to locate as it is in pure residential area. But from pricing point of view, very much affordable.

It was a nice stay at raipur's first flagship Queen castle. The rooms were fresh, neat and clean. The food tastes good here and the hotel staff is very cooperative and nice. Checkin checkout was also smooth and hassle free. Keep up the good work. Nice and pleasant stay at affordable budget :)

This hotel is absolutely in a residential area and it is very tough to locate even local people wouldn't able to locate,Room is good having LED TV with Tata sky but you cannot able to watch because only free channels are available. Complementary breakfast is common everyday. Room quality is good

Location of this hotel is a bit off the main road but it is quite easy to locate. Room is okay in terms of cleanliness. Could not taste the food as the kitchen was not functional that day. The only downside was there were only free channels being aired on tv. No sports, movie or music channels were active.

Nice hotels Place where the hotel will locate is also good Behind Babylon inn hotel Room for couples are also available through Oyo Family ,friend and single are also available through Oyo, Goibibo etc Room are clean , attached bathroom , full air conditioner , bath towel n face towel , TV with cable channels , side window to view outside and cubard for keep your trolly , bag etc Staff members also good their behaviour will feel safety When you book room through Oyo then their have a Oyo staf in reception to provide instructions to Oyo people To know about room see pics ⏬

Is one of the nice Oyo which I get room is very good services are awesome very supportive and co-operative staff Food quality is also good I would like to suggest all of you come n enjoy leaving here Also this property is at devendra nagar location from where you can visit all heart part of city and navigate any where easily

Service was excellent. Room was clean. But don't order food from there. Its late and tastes horrible inspite of saying them to work on quality. They don't listen.

OYO service is good but in the queens castle hotel service is very, will take minimum 2 to 3 hours for any kind of small help. Better to improve the service quality to serve better in the world.
