Super Hotel O Raipur formerly Singhania Premiere

I booked a room and without even informing the gave the roam to someone else. After reaching the property at 10pm they told me that they are sold out even though I paid for it while booking. At night I was left with no where to go. Worst experience ever. This never happened to me at any other property before. They kept denying that it was their mistake.

I liked the location, because it's near AIIMS, Tattibandh, Raipur and there is no rush of busy vehicles. Rooms were available with A/c, Fan, TV, Hotel water, Wifi, Room service, etc. And most importantly the room cost is very less compared to all other hotels nearby. You can order food items. As the rooms are booked through different 'yatra' apps you cannot contact the hotel directly. So as soon as you reach the place try to collect the contact number of the place.

The hotel refused to provide the booked rooms, despite paying in full a few days in advance. Disappointed and had to look for a costlier place to stay. Caused a lot of hassle and mental stress. Booked through Booking.com and didn't get the complete refund too. Not recommended!!

Hotel overbooked the room. When we arrived no room was left. Spare yourself the trouble and stay away!

Value for money really! Polite staff. Just need to work more on cleanling the rooms, otherwise everything is good
