Flagship Hotel Sivam Palace

Totally pathatic service, I am journalist by profession and booked a room here on my birthday, first they started demanding extra money which was already paid to oyo, meanwhile they started some construction work in afternoon because of which i got disturbed then i went to reception to stop this then she started arguing and told if i have problem then i can check out Immediately after some argument she called her owner after which owner started to argue and when I requested him to stop the work he told me that you peoples just pay 600-700 and demaning for 5 star services even told me not to teach him how to run a hospitality business as he is the owner of 3 star hotel. Going to post this on my next news headlines as well. Owner will be responsilbe for anything happens to me during the stay

Worst service, never book hotels again. Denied online booking. Even charges full day rent in 2hrs late check out.

Bhai raddi hai bahut he galat place pe hai or room ke andar network ni aata And also room and toilets are worse Smells really bad And staff is not educated Not good experience Not worthy.... Be careful Not is good locations...

I have worst experience in that hotel .I would suggest you to look other hotel then this , it's not worth staying .

This building (won’t call it a hotel) has zero facilities. It’s just a place where you can spend a night only if you have low budget and some work in that area. Don’t visit with an expectation of standard hotel services.

New hotel but no maintenance,bed sheet was not changed, washroom is not cleaned.
