OYO 12363 Hotel Ratan international

Horrible place to stay with family. We changed room thrice but everytime there was some issue. 1. The staff is rude and have no care attitude. 2. The rooms are ok but the bathrooms are horrible, dirty, don't even feel like stepping in. 3.The tap has no water, just a bucket is filled. 4. Founded a used condom floating in the commode. 5. The bedsheets are dirty. 6. Constantly someone was smoking and the smell was horrible The staff don't even care if you complain. Just don't visit this place ever if you are planning to stay with family. There are multiple decent options available in budget.

The hotel did not have friendly staff. We changed rooms thrice, either the AC wasn't working, or geyser or TV. The toilets were damn dirty, there was no water during morning times to take a bath. Wifi wasn't getting connected, to connect everytime we had to call the reception ask for password. Food when ordered was being served after an hour. I do not recommend staying in this hotel ever!!

Room are good for the price, toilets are bad...staff is good but they are not very attentive. Food is also a bit costly and they take too much longer to prepare food. I recommend hotel but be cautious about the prices and other charges.

I love this hotel. The staff was very polite to guest and very helpfull. I enjoyed my stay here i never feel bad about this hotel thnk you for a warm stay here i will come back again and stay only here

Worst hospitality. I suggest you never visit. Thare are so many other good hotels available. Hotel staffs are the worst. Also, they charge me double the price by fooling me that oyo is not paying them and I'll get back my online paid amount. They are totally fraud. Highly not recommended.....

Staffs are good, responsive. Rooms are ok, they are not well maintained, u can see full dust under the cots and there are mosquitoes. Chicken fried rice was good.

Only the name is good. The rest of the service does not have water in a useless hotel. Recharge the TV everyday. And there is no recharge of wifi also.
