ARIENA - The Boutique Hotel

The hotel claimed to offer a buffet, but unfortunately, there was no buffet setup. Instead, the food was served directly at the table. This was quite unexpected and a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to the variety and experience a buffet usually offers. Taste was appreciated and service was also good but again they provide coupons but they cannot give rooms prior and not worth purchasing coupons. Drinks price were too high as expected

Good place for a short to medium duration stay. The hotel is well maintained and there is a decent rooftop pub as well. They have stingy policies on providing extra keycards for two occupants which they should change other than that its pretty decent.

Arienna Boutique Hotel is a true delight! 🌟 Its sophisticated charm and stunning views are just the beginning. The staff are incredibly polite, humble, and attentive, making every moment special. 🌅💫 We were treated to a fantastic program on August 15th, where we met the General Manager, who was equally gracious and kind. 🤝😊 It’s clear that the hotel’s warm and welcoming atmosphere starts from the top. I was very happy with you hotel and service overall but just a little disappointed because I didn’t get double bed as it was last minute booking as I had to book it and another thing I was disappointed as the night the person who brought my luggage to my room when my husband gave tips he wanted more which I didn’t like it however the boys worked in morning was excellent when I gave them they was polite and declined it however we insisted to give and they took at least they was very honest and did not demanded tips like the person in night. Definitely I have to compliment to give to both receptionist in morning and night and great job by housekeeping person yogeswari she was really very polite and handle my request well and job to all keep up the great job

The phone in the room is not working, and the cooling of the rooms is not happening.Who keeps nepthalin balls for deodorant in the bathroom. But the food is good in the rooftop restuarant.

Rooms are bigger in size with modern amenities. House keeping and room service is quite slow. Location wise it's very good.. over all it's a good business hotel

Unprofessional valet driver, he crashed my car against the wall and hotel management is like hum nahi jante, aap driver se baat karo. On top of that they were too rude to resolve the matter. I would suggest rethink to park the car at their parking, they will get away saying parking at owners risk. They were like,- hum kitna sara kaam dekhenge, ye humara kaam nahi hai. This was their reply - Sir, Namaskar I have talked about your subject, Hotel Valet parking staff is kept to help you, but it is not that damaging your vehicle is not a service, these people have bad luck, because of them the hotel is ashamed, that driver is still absconding, you can take whatever action you want against him, that is why the hotel is written on the card, you should understand and think, we are sorry for your loss, Regards HR

Super rude and disappointed with reception team. No consideration for guests and their requests. Saurabh was unhelpful on the call. They sell you membership offers and ask you to pay quoting the rooms are sold out. But actually those rooms are available on other booking sites.
