No words can describe what a class this hotel is. From the check in to the rooms to the breakfast to the amenities, everything has been put in with a heart. I salute the one who built this hotel n put thought into each detail, at a very reasonable cost u get a room with a panoramic balcony with a fresh view with tables n chairs for that small tea coffee getaways. ||The room is very spacious with adequate lighting and cosy mattresses & pillows. The rooms r very well maintained with no smell whatsoever & furniture is top notch. ||Special mention to Miss Kavita who literally understands customer service to the very last letter. She helped me in swift check in n out and also other daily misc requirements, for etc i was very late to check in but she ensured my dinner was kept in my room even before i had check in n helped my to have my dinner warmed up even when it was 6am in the morning. ||The breakfast area was so big n energetic that u cud feel the enthusiasm running through each one of those staff…. There r many varieties of food from indian to continental to south indian to north indian etc…. It literally shows the heart & soul they put in for their guests. ||The reception area is big & adequate sitting available for many travellers , they provide cold water for anyone who comes for any work irrespective of their schedule or stay. This is quite a warm gesture , it touched my heart. Mr Rudra from front office is a courteous guy who helps with elegance.||Ive stayed in many hotels across the world but this was something special. Whenever im in Raipur im staying at Triton.

The hotel overall is great. The rooms are quite good with all the facilities that you would need. Mine was standard and it was a corporate booking. Video is attached. Why I have given one for service. It was because I called the housekeeping multiple times to fix my rooms hairdryer but they didn’t bother. Also I have been to so many hotels they come and take feedback for the food, there was no such thing here. Though we had an event in their banquet hall and let me tell you it was amazing. I didn’t find the staff to be as hospitable as they could be. That’s it. Rest they have spa which is very good. They have a gym fully packed with equipment’s. There is no problem with infrastructure but only with service. Hope this helps.

Triton Hotel is a solid choice for anyone visiting Raipur, whether for business or leisure. Its central location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service make it a reliable option. While there is minor room for improvement, particularly in food variety, it is an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city..... Value for Money..... For the amenities, location, and service offered, Triniton Hotel provides good value for money. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the stay is comfortable without being overly expensive.....

We booked Banquet hall at Hotel Triton to celebrate my father's Retirement Party on 1st October 2024 for dinner. Location of this Hotel is Great👌 & they have really good Banquet hall for all types of Party & celebration. Overall Food quality is Good 👍but the service & staff response is really BAD 😔. They don't provide appropiate number of plates in live counter (Pasta section) 😔& they give disposal bowls insted of fiber bowls for Dal. Size of plate for main course is small & service is Slow.

The checkin was very late i didnt like the room so we asked for a change for which they took forever to respond, also the staff was rude while checking out. Still all that didnt really bother me much BUT!!! I was extremely disappointed with the fact that even in a nice and upscale establishment their second best room( club colony) didnt even have a double bed, they have to stick two twin beds together!! And it just takes out all the bare minimum luxury their hotel has. And they aren’t even a cheap hotel which bothers me more. Kindly buy some double bed mattresses when you guys have enough funds for it our maybe look for some donations.

Any provision to give 0 star for service in here? In-depth review please read it. Hello, I am Siddhant Sahu. Had 2 tragic experience from Triton Raipur, Restaurant. Been coming to this restaurant for an year or so. Never had such experience. The reason are the following : 1. The personnel taking the wrong orders and showing attitude, In brief : Ordered 2 drums of chicken. It consists 6 pcs per plate. He game 11 pieces. When asked for the reason, he said "Should we go and give you the remaining 1 chicken as well". Wish, I could mention the name of the personnel. This shows the lack of Hotel Management skills in the personnel taking order. 2. Ordered again Drums of heaven. They served Chicken Lollipop. And said this is drums of heaven only. Please go through your management. The people working in the restaurant "Who take orders" are so bad with their attitude. Note : the personnel who server food, they are very good. 3. They didn't refill the water even once. Had to ask to the manager to serve water.

wonder three star Hotel in Raipur.we visited and stated there for two days.Very nice experience.Management as well all staff is very good.Hotel premises is also clean and tidy.you may take advantage for such beautiful hotel if you visit Raipur. Best wishes. Prakash Khandekar, Pune ,Maharashtra .

I have been staying in the hotel for many days now . |It took almost 8-10 days to configure few channels on TV, whereas it is a basic facility to have bouquet of all channels rather than having a few and saving pennies.|Ice cubes delivery takes ages. Inspite of bringing it to the notice of management there is no improvement. It’s been 35 minutes even today as I write, waiting for the same. Food quality also has a lot of scope to improve.|Only good thing is decent room with a view and good housekeeping.
