Royal Neptunian Goa

Location is away from main market and beach., there is no parking space for car, staff was rude and non cooperative..AC not working properly, no hot water available and swimming pool was so dirty.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy a perfect vacation. Had a great time with my friends. Very supportive and caring staff and room service is also very satisfying. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing place. nice and clean. Pool facing rooms with a patio to sit and have a drink and conversations. Friendly staff. Had a great stay here. Room rates are fairly priced. Food and drinks are available on order. The only thing is, you will need a vehicle to go to the beach from here. Apparently some bridge which links to the beach is non functional. But overall a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the Arambol, Goa extremely clean & comfortable . I must say that they provide the best service, the owner of Royal Neptunian Goa , Mr. Vaibhav is very kind and helped us in every possible way The service was very good, the resort is near to the beach so we could enjoy it very nicely. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Mr.Vaibhav for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Very good stay. Almost everyone is very helpful and quick to get the things needed. They will guide you if you have any questions in reference to places nearby or transport. Clean and nice place with a swimming pool which is cleaned and maintained. I would recommend it to almost all who need a room near arambol.

It was a very nice experience with them. They were very considerate and very kind towards us. Definitely visit that resort when in GOA.

When I reached the hotel, I found their description and photos are all fake. The swimming pool is a dirty pond, the rooms smelled awful, and there was no gate or boundary around the property. There were outsiders all around our rooms. Since I was with some girls, we tried to raise safety concerns first. The management rudely replied that we can choose not to stay, but they will not return any money. Our entire amount of rupees 58 thousands. I'd recommend that you find another place.

Sea view cabins are very comfortable, food is yummy and service is top class. Will definitely make a visit again as this day out at royal tulip has really charged me. If you guys want to spend quality time with your family this is. The place to be.
