Hotel El - Paso

We didn’t stay at this place but asked to use the washroom since we had an hour’s journey ahead to reach our accommodation. The receptionist immediately said, ‘No, there’s no such washroom,’ in a tone that made it clear we weren’t welcome to use it. Another man beside him questioned why they wouldn’t allow women to use the washroom, to which the receptionist mumbled something about a water issue—an excuse that seemed obviously untrue.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 1) Rooms- Dirty rooms full of dust and ants. 2) Bathroom- The bathroom is so bad that there is no space to getup after peeing. You end up hitting your face on the wall after every time you pee. 3)Bedsheet & Mattress- Is soo dustyy that you will cough nonstop 4)Power issues- We took an AC room but the ac was not working and we had to sleep with mosquitoes. 5) HORRIBLE STAFF- The man on the reception who is usually wandering around and is so MANNERLESS AND LOUD that he starts shouting at the customer for his own mistake. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Rooms stink at this location. They don't know how to maintain such a premium property. Pathetic experience.

Stay in El-Paso was really great. Service and rooms our so good and clean. My room had a balcony with some view of the sea. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the staff was wonderful. It’s not on the beach but the 5 minute walk is direct and easy.

Useless hotel no Wi-Fi. If you need water you have to buy your own. Even 1 star is more for rating. Rooms and service is worst than normal hotel. Waiter are drunk during service and having no manners.

Worst hotel ever. No power backup available. We were sweating in the midnight. Poor service. Never book at this place.
