The rooms were actually big and looked good but there was no TV and we felt like the price for the room for the amenities provided were a bit high. The lady who was at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The location is also easy to reach. And there are lots of shops around. Its a bit far from the beach, 2 mins walk.

Good rooms at a very convenient location. Cafe next door belongs to same group so food was not a problem. Good view from balcony. Owner was a young chap who was very helpful when it came to booking cabs , activities or needed recommendations for cafe/ activities. Would go for longer stay next time.

Please don’t waste your money by booking at this property. It is not maintained, AC doesn’t work, washroom smells like public urinal. I had booked for 4 days and checked out within 5 hours.

We found this place on the internet and the pictures really looked amazing. We instantly booked it in the morning and were to check in at 2pm . We drove to this place the GPS took us 2 km away, We then contacted the property owner who gave us directions. On reaching there, we were told that the premises was under renovation. The room that was kept for us was dusty. We had to ask them to clean it again. There was a lot of noise going on , the walls were being scrapped just outside our room, there was smell of paint. There was no drinking water in the room and to add to our misery, there was salty water flowing through the taps.We have traveled a lot both abroad and within India. This was our worst experience.

Great value for money, well equipped with AC, wifi, clean rooms and toilets..great host and most importantly, located in the most vibing corner of Arambol..best place to stay if you want to experience healing experience amidst the Arambol tribe👍👍

Perfect location, friendly staff, few minutes walk to beach. Peaceful surroundings. Close to supermarkets, strong Wi-Fi, fresh clean room with crystal protection🥰

Great place to stay, very close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The help here is very accommodating and will go out of their way to help you.
