OYO Rock Top Guest House

Very nice place with basic rooms, huge balconies on each one with an amazing view over the whole beach. No motobikes noises because only a walkway is in front of the hotel so its really quite at night. Food is good and the owner and his staff are really lovely!

Rooms are not very well kept. Bathrooms are dirty and taps not maintained. Water doesn't come in basin taps. The only thing compensating for all these is the amazing view of Arambol beach from the balcony.Okay for groups to chill in, but do not expect too much.

No water (in bottles and in the shower!) . No toilet paper. No one is there to care. The bed sheets are so dirty! After that we ask for new one we got one more that is dirty. No towel. After all of these problems we should pay the same price. The view it’s the only thing there.. 😞

Worst experience, not at all good, untidy , dirty, full of lizards and cockroaches, very very dirty toilets over room was very dirty.

Вся сантехника очень грязная, кран в раковину не работает, после пользования кранами хочется ещё раз руки помыть. Сидение унитаза вообще чёрное от грязи и жира. Постельное белье и полотенца в пятнах, но для Индии это норма. Самое ужасное- в номере с заявленным кондиционером он не работал. Ночью в номере +33. Все время выключался, буквально каждые 1-2 минуты. Утром попросила вернуть деньги за такую ночь, так как стоимость номера без кондиционера существенно ниже. Владелец отказался. Обратилась в полицию, показала переписку, все вернул. А я нашла нормальный отель поблизости. Данный отель НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!

All the plumbing is very dirty, the sink faucet does not work, after using the faucets you want to wash your hands again. The toilet seat is generally black with dirt and grease. Bed linen and towels are stained, but this is the norm in India. The worst thing is that in the room with the advertised air conditioning it did not work. At night in the room +33. It turned off all the time, literally every 1-2 minutes. In the morning I asked for a refund for such a night, since the cost of a room without air conditioning was significantly lower. The owner refused. I contacted the police, showed the correspondence, and returned everything. And I found a normal hotel nearby. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!
