SCAM!!! DONT BOOK HERE! It seems like this guesthouse purposely goes in overbooking and try to reaccomodate guests in the dingy guesthouse they own on the other side of the street.This happend to me TWICE! the first time they lamented an elettrical problem (yes ok you made a mistake admit it,it can happen) and was reallocated in other dingy dump for first night,but also happend again second time i booked so they are obbiously doing on purpose and meaningfully going in overbooking to fill the dump across the road.If you do get the room it is nice but possibility you will find yourself in a dingy room across the road or alternatively be without room are high.BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Stayed here twice now for several nights per stay. Cheap, clean, spacious and Bavan, the host, is friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent.

Very clean, large room with good bathroom and kitchen. Upgraded WiFi which was great and fast. Set back from the main beach road where all the shops are on your doorstep. Just a short walk to Arambol beach. As it is so central there is some noise from the road.

That rooms are not actually shown in picture there was no freeze ,kitchen is very short and there is no any facility in kitchen The room doesn't have any balcony the bed was woodan and single aer attached like shown as a big bed

Very rude people with no sense of how to behave. Being selfish and causing trouble for others. As tourists it was very disturbing to be around such people

The worst place in all of Goa. I wish I could give less than 1 star rating. No sense of talking to people, and how to behave. For people like them, being in India, they don’t treat Indians with respect. Personal suggestion, to never go to this place.
