dont book this hotel. i have book this hotel and made the payment for it and i confirmed it with hotel . but after 2 month they have denied my booking since price goes heigher due to peak season in december and they told the price i booked for they dont provide room at that price. Worst Hotel! Worst Experiance! Never Book!

We were here for a weeks stay , the staff was good expect the manager Manjit Singh who thinks he runs all of India . We saw other guests checkout early due to his behaviour

Rooms - Good and satisfied Service - good , staffs are very hospitable and active Food- good but over-priced Would definitely recommend Near to Arambol beach and many other places

Place is ok, lot of construction , sounds , dust, no views , nothing was working , Manjit made by experience very bad , he yells at customers and says stay or get out it’s my wish
