Hotel Pearl Harbour

This was my first visit to Goa with family, i hv many doubts and tension coz i m with my family having 2 year old child after so many reasearch i choose Hotel Baga Bag, wen i reached all my tension gone, hotel is very good specially Nitin bhai is very helpful in all manners. Me and my family happily going our Home with lots of happy memories. 😀

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Goa..staff was drunk..rooms were stinking..washrooms were dirty..not recommended at all.

The staff is super friendly and very flexible. The location is just a walking distance from Baga Beach. You have all you need in just a minute or two from the hotel. It has parking space for bikes and a few cars as well. However the bad part are the rooms. The property isn't maintained at all. The walls were dirty, Bedsheets and pillows stained. Spiderwebs all over. The toilet was surprisingly very clean though with 24hrs hot water. The staff are doing all they can, however the owners need to take a look at the cleanliness of the entire hotel and rooms.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!. This disgusting hotel is really bad if someone paid me to live here i would not. The first day we came into the room u could feel how dusty and unclean the room was. The pillows and bed sheets all have stains on them even after you ask for new ones. This place is full of flies and ants. In the corner of my room there was an infestation of ants. The shower is very bad it just turns of most the time and when it is on only a few drops actually come out. The key cards never work on the door you have to go up and down the stairs to actually fix the key card or you would probably just have to sleep without locking the door. There was a mouse running across the hallway this place is outrageously disgusting AND FLITHY. THERE WAS A MAGGOT ON MY BED JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER THEY CLEANED AND HAD TO ASK FOR NEW ONES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. They don't even give you breakfast in the hotel they might as well just not have a menu at this point. STAY CLEAR OF THIS RUBBISH.

ATTENTION: Please be aware that the actual condition of this hotel differs greatly from its portrayed image during the booking process. Exercise caution and don't solely rely on 5/5 ratings, as many are likely FAKE. The provided evidence confirms that the rooms in this hotel are notably WORSE compared to OYO hotels. Issues include unclean beds with visible BLOOD STAINS, FOUL odor, black and DIRTY pillows, and hot water supply in the showers without the option for cold water. The level of staff support is disappointingly inadequate. I strongly discourage booking this hotel and suggest considering better and more affordable alternatives. To ensure a pleasant experience, avoid this hotel in the future. i can provide my booking No for reference, if hotel staff reply back to this message.

Very nice experience while staying in Pearl Harbor... Good rooms... Big rooms.. Staff is very supportive and friendly... Family like experience... Location is nice... Very near to Baga and Tito's...water sports, car rentals bike rentals all can be arranged from hotel itself....and last but not the least... Mr. Zaid is wonderful host.

If you are looking for only sleep and take some cold rest in the hottest 🥵 Goa and keep enjoying of the landscapes of this beautiful part of India this is a very good place to stay!…. More than enough for keep enjoying the several things that Goa has for us!…. Cheaper, fast access in between the city near restaurants and near beaches 🏝️🏖️……

very bad hotel only 2 staff managing hotel worst service ever never book this hotel again even any feb hotel, hotel give us 4th floor rooms and Lift not working and no room service, rude behavior of all staffs no one care about hotel service and customers, no cleanness and lots of mosquito in room weast of money, when we going on 4th floor 1 staff forgot to give us room card which use for turn on room power so we told 2nd staff to take card for room then he told us you have to take your self from ground floor he(staff) not going to give us that from ground floor in very rude way. we just get angry but we can't change hotel because of payment done already thats our big mistake never suggest anyone to book this hotel and this rate. don't trust any 5star ratting of this hotel they did by there self. we booked and we know how much wrost hotel it is.
