OYO 7454 Hotel Ronaldo's

Overpriced rooms with inadequate facilities. The servers were fine and polite but the owner was kind of a pushover. The toiletries were not available, there is no intercom in the room to connect to the reception. You have to call or text the owner every time you need a service. The location of the hotel is good but based on the services they provided, the price was too much.

Rooms are Good But Don't take food in this hotel, they're not using fresh material for making food and taking 4 time charge from customer. So I'll suggest don't eat food in Hotel Ronaldo, Baga

Stayed in this Hotel in May-2018. Small rooms.. Clean and tidy. Good room service. Best part is they have power backup. AC is must during Summer and they provide it 24/7. Worst part is: No parking facility. U have one option to select item for Breakfast. If you order Bread Omelet - 2 slices of Bread and Omelet will be served separately. Same with Onion Dosa i guess :D Pathetic Breakfast experience Overall-Its good. Value for money. Cant expect too much for 650 bucks per head stay per day

We stayed in Hotel Ronaldo which is near to the Baga beach Goa for 1 day.The front desk staff don't know how to behave with their customers.These people are trying to loot the customers .The attitude and behavior was very bad. 1)They were not provided the breakfast which was included in the stay and they were start misbehaved with us at last we decided to not have the breakfast from there. 2) The toilet seat contains stains(yellow). 3) Room was not properly ventilated as we tried to open the windows but we couldn't . I am a kind of person who is willing to make compromise but the behavior of the front desk staff makes our stay very unpleasant experience with them.Strongly not recommend to anyone who is looking for a pleasure trip in Goa .

Hotel located at 200 meters from Baga Beach. Hotel condition is good but it's not for vegetarian. Veg food taste is very bad, if you want to try Indian veg food then please ignore this hotel, and try some other place to enjoy Indian veg food.

The location of the hotel was ok, they mentioned the beach is within 500mts but it's actually is more than 2km away. Hotel staffs were not good at all and they denied room service. The bedsheets were dirty and found blood stain on it. We booked the room for 2 people and we had one more extra guest and they asked Re: 400 extra for the third person so we paid it in cash but denied give the money receipt for the extra amount we paid. The staff/captain was really unprofessional not recommended at all.

The information provided in the make my trip ( MMT) was really misleading ( Screenshot attached ). In MMT the price was showing 1449 RS for 4 people. As we were students we really hope that was a better deal.we went directly to the hotel to check the room and I told the person who is in the front desk that I am going to book the deal which was showing in MMT.He told me that don't book through MMT, instead he will give the rooms at same price which is displayed in the MMT.He refused to book through MMT and I agreed finally.He had done all check in procedures there after and I have given 2000 RS to him and waiting for the balance amount .I was really shocked by the act from the receptionist .He told me to gave him 800 RS more.As I told we were in a budget trip we have no option other than giving the money .The people sitting in the reception threatened us.i wouldn't recommend to anyone who needs good memories in Goa.

Dirty linen ,Leaking condensate from AC indoor unit.Bad staff behavior.They refused to change linen.No parking.So park your vehicle on your risk.Dirty drinking water.No kettle for tea. They are using cheap tactics to lure customer by fake rating .They will took OTP from customer & login ur account Then they will post good rating and reviews too.Once you will reach hotel and you don't have enough time than you will feel trapped.So plz avoid the hotel.
