NillIt is a horrible hotel. Too bad. Booked for 3 nights. But, i could stay only for one night. It was that horrible. The AC was making horrible sound all night. Bathrooms and rooms are not in good condition. The images displayed are old.

NillThe worst hotel I have come across. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. They have the worst rooms and the worst service. The switches are broken, no mats, no hot water, no mug, no bucket, in fact the shower kit is broken. For water bottles, we need to pay separately even for the customer visiting for the first time its not even complimentary. Public toilet commode is for better than compared to this hotel commode. The room service guys are the worst don't even have the basic knowledge of cleanliness and how to treat the guest. Even for the towels I had to inform them . The room service guy was giving a dirty bucket for bathing without thinking once. I suggest the owner of this u better shut down your property with is not even worth to give a rating .

NillThe rooms are good here but more than the rooms are the services. The people are prompt. I would suggest to invest in the infra a little bit more than it is right now. It would attract more people. The only complaint I have is the sink that leaked water and the hotel people tried to resolve it but there was no involvement from OYO. Other than that the stay was pleasent.

NillI had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was appalling—my room was dusty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the linens. The room had a horrible, filthy smell. The lift was in operational and I had to climb 3 floors with my baggage and no assistance was provided by the staff.To make matters worse, I found bugs in my bed.I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep because of bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body and had to deal with itching all night. We experienced power cut for 2 hours in the middle of the night, with no back up power or any assistance from the staff.I couldn’t wait to leave and will never return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

NillPathetic hotel with very untrained staff. Location is not good but if you are traveling with family and friends avoid this hotel. Neither their AC works nor their TV. Staff is so untrained that one can never imagine. For every problem and requirements staff put blame on each another, so you basically don't know whom to contact till the end of your trip. I stayed 5 days there, and I usually don't give so much bad ratings to any property. But this property is really pathetic. The hotel staff always claim for changing the room that's why I didn't click the photos otherwise everyone could have seen the reality. 🙃

NillAs i have booked the room for 24/12/2024 to 26/12/2024. The payment was fully done more than a month ago and the confirmation was also given. When i reached the property the hotel team told all rooms were sold out, so they cannot provide my fully paid confirmed room. I dont think its a professional way to deal with the guests who are coming from far and they have to stand in the middle of the road after paying the full amount.the hotel people had straight away told us that you can leave since our room was given to someone else and we contacted agoda and till 3am the agoda customer care service was keeping me on call from 12am and at 3am they told that they cant give any other hotel rooms and they will refund the amount. Till this time late night we were roaming in the bike with our luggages. As i came to goa for enjoying my first wedding anniversary, my whole trip had become a disaster because of trusting this the hotel and agoda booking platform. No one should choose this hotel and also agoda. Nobody will be responsible even if you have done full payment and got the confirmation.please dont trust agoda and such hotels or else you will have to go through what we had gone through the previous night.

NillLocation is excellent , But lot of issues in the hotel. No proper staff for room service and house keeping. This hotel in under renovation, we have visited end oct. Ac is not working properly, bathroom need repair. Need to thank Hotel staff Rohan, he was very helpful.
