Beach House Hotel

Total fraud and scam going on. Tried to book a room. Asked to do the full payment. We did half and after that he said , it was supposed to be done in increments. Something felt fishy. So we said to cancel and return the money but he said the manager will call you in sometime. The so called manager send a QR code to scan for refunding. We denied. Dont book via phone call and do upi payment. TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel,They demanded advance payment to confirm my booking, which I paid promptly. However, once the payment was made, their communication completely changed. They either ignored my calls and emails or provided vague responses about my reservation.

Don't book online in this as it's totally fraud. I have paid money for booking via gpay and they are not returning my money bank and asking for to pay again and again if you want your money return so it's humble request to all don't go for this resort.

It was such a disappointment staying in this hotel . The rooms are very small , dirty and odd smell . The bed sheet , pillow cover and other materials are all dirty . The image of the room shown in make my trip app is completely opposite to the actual room. The entrance was also not clean. First the staff told us that he dint got the booking and the payment has been made few weeks ago and then he gave us a room in some other building which is very very dirty and stinky smell. Then shifted us to some other room which was also very bad but little better from the first one . I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone please book a better place at the same price .It was a completely Waste of money and regret it for booking this hotel . Ratings need to be negative for this place .

We booked deluxe rooms family trip, price us comparatively low in the area and at walkable distance from Baga beach. However don't go by photos on Internet, rooms and bathrooms are not maintained well. Old furniture and beds, bathrooms are without ventilation. Poor service, we have to ask for towels, soaps, wifi password etc.. One of my family member was alone in room and got stuck in bathroom for 30 min. without ventilation in Bathroom. When we asked hotel person to open door, he was pointing out our mistake, "why you have locked bathroom and main door?" This place don't have restaurant, however they order from nearby place and deliver. Also nearby restaurants available on main road at walkable distance. Roads to place are too narrow and bit difficult to drive for less experienced person. Outside parking available.

One of the best & budgetary stays near Baga beach. We stayed in the deluxe room (No: 205) and has facilities like air conditioning, mini refrigerator, water heater etc. The room and bathroom were good, clean and well maintained. Baga beach is at walkable distance only. The way to the property is a little bit narrow.

The hotel asked me to pay an advance for the rooms. After I made the payment, they requested additional money for the booking. When I asked for a refund, they told me the manager would call. I received a call from a different number, and the caller sent me a QR code, asking me to scan it for the refund. It turned out to be a scam.

Good location as just 2-4 min walking from beach, room service were worst, power cuts many times, no flush Gun to toilets, no hot water available, ac not working all the time, bed n cushions not good
