Emmanuel Baga Beach Hotel

Very cheap hotel, pricewise affordable but service wise worst,they close thier reception shutter at 9pm and they open at 9am like shop. We asked them to clean the room in morning but they didn't clean till the evening even after multiple reminders. When asked in evening they said cleaning time is over. Their reception guy have no sense to talk with customer, very rude and harse talk when asked to clean the room. AC is very old so no proper coolling, they were doing some construction work so very noisy sound just above our roof. Many times we informed to stop this nonsense but they didn't stop. They were expecting all guest should leave the room during day time . Very bad, don't visit this hotel. There were many good hotels around this area you can stay there. We made the mistake just to save few bucks which cost us more during the stay.

Hotel owner Mr.Emmanuel sir very nice person and the way he maintained hotel greenary was well, they provided bikes also and when we check out time Mr Emmanuel sir provided and helped us to get train on time i would like to say special thanks to him, very nice stay near baga beach ..we enjoyed well ..

Nothing but the best! We had a wonderful and most importantly comfortable stay, rooms are well maintained and equipped with everything (room services 24×7, mini fridge, ac, geysers, clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds, sea view from the terrace as well as balconies if your room is facing the sea) you need for a vacation! The staff also arranged for vehicles as per our convenience and budget for sightseeing.. Overall, like I said in the beginning, our stay was nothing but the BEST! And the cherry on the cake is the distance from the hotel to baga beach, which is just a few meters....

Rooms are okay okay as per price range ... But the location is fantastic.. it's located on baga beach ... You may go to beach any time from there.

Room is ok, but: 1. Hot water is not available, the water pressure is very low 2. Parking issue 3. Room service is worst, intercom doesn’t work 4. They Don’t respond on mobile when there is a real need. 5. Above all arrogance & one guy doesn’t how to talk with guests as if he is giving room for free.

Hotel is right next to the beach which is wonderful. But low on service. There was no sufficient hot water. Only one person gets hot water.
