Not recommended: The pictures showing on the web may be updates few years back . The present condition is pinging here down . No wifi , TV or any service . Washrooms are not clean as well , room locks are not working and there is safety concerns as well . We faced issues with Breakfast aa they said complementary and after giving breakfast they charge 150 per person that too for 2 poori and tea.

The rooms were not clean and the floors were sticky....the bathroom was a different story all together....it was fully yellow in colour as it was not cleaned regularly....the water supply stopped and it took too much time to be provided back...electricity goes and it takes atleast half an hour to be back.....additional beds were promised to be provided but nothing was given...overall it was a bad experience

Property location is to good near vaga river even tariffs are nominal but service and hygine is not that good. One can find better property options on same tariff nearby.

This is a very nice place. Good hospitality. Staff is good. Food is really good. Parking place is good.good cab service pick up from airport. Location is also very good. The Gm Mr kamlakant prabhu was exceptional in his service. Made our stay really excellent. Will visit back

I stayed at this place with my family during the 4th week of October. The staff is really good and cooperative. Raj, Yogesh, Mahesh were so helpful for any smallest need - Thanks. Food is also nice. Rooms are clean. This place is near to Baga and Arpora so convenient in terms of connectivity. I recommend La Vida Studio Inn for stay in Goa with family and friends.

Very nice place to stay with family. Excellent service & gesture of Staff. The taste of food is really amazing. The rooms were literally spacious, luxurious and cleanliness was topmost as well. I would like to specially thank Raj Patil, for the way he guided us and ofcourse for the hospitality.

Worst experience ever by staying at this place. we were staying on the 2nd floor and had played music in a small speaker in our room. and kept all our windows closed so that the sound dosent travell outside. one Mr bhavin the property owner landed at our room and started harrasing us saying if we dont turn off the music he would make sure we land up in trouble and makes sure we will never be allowed inside goa state. and used very foul language and attitude. ive been staying in this property every time i visit goa from the past 7 years. but wont reccoment this place as the owner's attitude and language was worst. not at all reccomended.
