Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim

We liked everything about the place. The pick up and checkinn was done in no time. The cleanliness was at its best in all places including pool, gym, restaurant and lobby. They have a large size pool with an adjacent bar. We had opted for breakfast and dinner buffet. This was best decision in hindsight considering the food quality and service. While the beach is only 5 minutes walking, they have an e rickshaw which takes you to beach. They have well equipped play area for kids and 24x7 functional gym. ||||The best thing about this property is their staff who ensure you have best experience.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn by Marriott Benaulim Beach for three nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The purpose of our visit was to celebrate my younger son's birthday, and the hotel made it truly special by providing a delicious strawberry-flavored cake, which was a delightful surprise and added a personal touch to our celebration. Food: While the lunch spread on our first day didn’t quite meet our expectations, the dinner buffet the following day more than made up for it. The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Service and Housekeeping: The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was equally excellent, keeping the rooms clean and well-stocked. Crowd: The property was quite busy due to a wedding event, but the hotel staff managed the crowd efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests. Amenities and Perks: We particularly appreciated the free shuttle service to the beach via a Toto. It was convenient and added to the charm of staying so close to the beautiful Benaulim beach. There a many Kids play area inside the property. Both my kids enjoyed a lot there. Overall Experience: This was our fourth visit to Goa, having stayed at Goa Marriott for our previous trips. This time, we chose Fairfield Inn for a change, and we’re glad we did. The warm hospitality, great amenities, and thoughtful gestures made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely consider returning on our next trip to Goa!

The location is unbeatable. Large property with all amenities, walking distance from a beautiful beach. There are several nice restaurants within driving distance. If impressions were everything, I would've rated the service '0' thanks to the front desk. Very, very disappointing for this kind of a hotel. However, the restaurant more than made up for this. We looked forward to visiting the restaurant and being taken care of. The rooms are kept clean. Two issues in the rooms: a wall lamp wasn't working. I would imagine there's an electrical+ plumbing check before handing keys to a new guest. We were late, not early for check-in. There were too many mosquitoes on the property, especially in the hallways and in the rooms.

The service in the restaurant is very good. 5 stars for Prakash, he took good care of us during our stay for 4 days and helped us with all our requests. The buffet lunch and dinner were very good. Room size is small for the price.

Our 4-night stay at the Fairfield Marriott, Benaulim, was absolutely delightful. Ms. Indu Singh from Club Marriott went above and beyond to secure our reservations, even after previous cancellations, for which we are incredibly grateful.||The staff at Fairfield Benaulim, from security to housekeeping, were outstanding—consistently attentive, helpful, and engaging. The team at the coffee shop stood out with their prompt and impeccable service, with a special mention to Aaron for his outstanding hospitality. Chef Pranjal Gogoi and his team amazed us with their exceptional culinary skills, turning every meal into a delightful experience. The General Manager, Mr. Vinayak Patnekar, was a true gem—jovial, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect.||We were equally impressed by the housekeeping team, particularly McKenzie, who kept our room in pristine condition. Four nights simply didn’t feel long enough, given the incredible time we had. We eagerly look forward to visiting Marriott Benaulim again for another unforgettable experience.||

Very Pampering Treatment… We were at Marriott Benaullim for 3 nights in this place and it was just awesome. So peaceful. No disturbance of any kind. Beach is just walkable from the resort, the staff is so very caring and warm. Food is delicious. The rooms are very small. That’s the only thing I did not like. Otherwise everything else is 10/10. You feel that you are in a luxurious and peaceful place right from the time you get down from the car. The breeze of joyful fragrance that you smell immediately from the time you get down from the car is really welcoming and memorable. Its been more than a month that we came back from Goa but I can still remember that smell. I have not smelled anything like that anytime before. Truly papmering and a relaxed holiday. Would definitely come back to this place next vacation..

Attended a wedding recently. It is a perfect spot for cozy family gatherings and group stays. What sets it apart is the exceptional service and professional staff. Each one went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well attended to.

Service is excellent. Rooms are maintained really good. Restaurant and food are very good. Would like to call out Prakash from restaurant service who took good care of us during our stay. They gave umbrellas when it was raining and there are a couple of such small but meaningful gestures that make this hotel/resort a good place to stay. My kids enjoyed the indoor play area. Definitely recommend this hotel for South Goa.
