Rosvilla Guesthouse

I stayed in a single room of this villa. Stay was Ok, it has clean bathroom, kitchen was available for us to use, there is fridge which guests can use. It just quite far from the beach. And there are no auto rikshaw available in this area. So connectivity is bad. Rest is good.

it is three bedroom bungalow, one bedroom is on ground floor, and two on first floor, one of the bedroom is quite bigger than other two, and has balcony as well.Hall is spacious and has dining table. Swiggy and Zomato deliver food within 30 minutes, kitchen is operational, where you can cook basic food items, small market store is across the street incase you want prepare yourself breakfast or tea coffee. Housekeeper and owner are very helpful, and can share important information on how you can plan your trip or avail cabs, rent a bike or car.

It's very good villa we are staying in this villa for 2 nights and 3 days rooms are cleaned it has 3 bedrooms with attached toilet bathroom everything is good but only thing they didn't remember is swimming pool 🥲 at least a small size of swimming pool is should have been on there but it's ok overall the villa is very very good 👍

Location is nice and safe. Very nice place to stay along with family. Villa was clean and all necessary amenities were there. Beach is 7 to 8 mints away. Mr. Lawrie is very kind person. We met him once but he ensured that our stay will be comfortable. Only one thing caretaker Mr. Santosh is not helpful so dont rely on him. If you ask him anything either will he misguide you or refuse you. Neighbours were more helpful than Mr. Santosh.

We took a whole 3bhk Duplex Villa for the Vacation. It was clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like home. The owner & staff were very responsive & quickly resolved any concerns we raised. Nice place to stay with family/friends in South Goa.

The Place is really good to stay in. The Helper Guy Santosh was really Helpful and also good to talk to. The owner is pretty chilled as well. The house was clean but the Linen had a sour smell that gave us a Headache. The House is good for 7 people max. Do Visit.

Very good place place to live with your family and friends. Ambience is good, But don't expect anything help from there caretaker "Santosh" very non cooperative.

very quite and clean, very helpful staff they are always ready to help you, i stay in Rosvilla for 3 days with my wife it was very nice experience, if you come with your family then this is the best choice in south Goa,near to beach and calm environment. it was very nice experience in Goa.
