Stayed here from 14-16Dec .I totally loved the place. Owner & staff are both very sweet, friendly & helpful Owner her self stays there. Services are good. You will get a menu card for food which you can order by just calling the nearest restaurant. Food will be delivered within 30-40 minutes. But it will be fresh. The environment in the home stay is super cool. It's clean & hygienic. You will even get to see sweet cats & kittens. Water is available 24x7 . Will get water heater attached in the bathroom. Bathrooms are totally clean. Rooms are totally clean. All tho only 2 people can sleep & stay comfortably in each room. The only thing which you need to make sure of before you book here is the size of your car. The home stay is located in kinda congested area. Roads are big until you reach the area. But then you need to travel almost 200 meters with the congested small road. If you guys are having a Big Fat SUV then you should be skillful to take it into the Home stay. Also the parking is kinda congested. Highly suggest that you guys park your car outside somewhere only if it's a big SUV or a 4+ meter sedan. .... Ratings? I stayed here for one night. The place is descent. Family Friendly!! The owner stays himself in the same premises, so he has maintained the family friendly environment. Ambience is really good. The place interior and outer is designed using minimum, simple artifacts, but it looks nice!! Rooms are bit smaller so, only OK for two person. Also, the approach road is small. Apart from that, nice experience!!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during my official work in Madgaon, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the rooms and surroundings were stunning. The prices were reasonable and well worth it. Both the rooms and the toilets were impeccably clean, which is something I greatly appreciated. The hosts were incredibly responsive, cooperative, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Given my daily visits in Madgaon at specific times, the hosts took care of my travel needs by providing their own car at a reasonable cost. The hosts ensured that my trip was smooth and tension-free. I brought my daughter along, and they even arranged a delightful trip for her to Dona Paula. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the rooms, room service, and the exceptional treatment I received during my stay. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Seasons in the sun! Reema has been wonderful host; from recommending places I could visit around to picking and dropping me off as required. To witness the low-key Goan experience, definitely consider this place. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. The 20 cats and kittens that wander around the place were the cherry on the cake!

Short Review: Absolutely Lovely ❤️ This was our first visit to Goa and this stay made it soo better. We booked for a day and ended up staying for 4 days. In love with the property. Very positive and cozy. 1. The service is really good. They also have facilities to wash your clothes at affordable charges. Tea and biscuits available in the morning. 2. The property is filled with positivity, even after being secluded it feels really safe. We were coming to the room every night after 11pm and still felt safe. They rooms are pretty cozy. 3. Bathrooms were very clean and rooms were tidy. Food menu is available in the room incase if you want to order from Zomato & Swiggy. The lawn is well maintained to have beautiful evenings. Owners are really friendly and open to suggestions. Perfect place for couples, group of friends and family. Solo would love it❤️

Absolutely phenomenal experience! My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at "Seasons In The Sun" stunning Home stay/airbnb, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Reema and Simon made sure we had everything we needed. Such amazing people they are , I felt like I have visited my relatives(I bet better one) They also offer pickup and drop services at very affordable rates. The stay itself is a masterpiece. Every detail, from the stylish decor to the plush bedding, is thoughtfully curated to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect – quiet, and just 2 kms from the beach. But what truly sets this Airbnb apart is the exceptional hospitality of Reema and Simon and their plenty of cute kittens. They were always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and share their local expertise. We felt so grateful for their kindness and generosity. If you want to experience true goan lifestyle with very interesting and interactive hosts you must choose this The location of the stay is in the middle of goa from here you can explore both north and south at equal distance The restraunts 5-600 mtrs around the place are true gems you won't get the food similar to this in entire goa Please go for Simon's restraunts recommendations they are gem.
