FabHotel Raj Resort

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days on February 16-18. First of all there is no lift and at the time of check in, we have to put our luggage in the room alloted by our own, there was no hotel staff who helped in picking up luggage and delivery to room. The bathroom was not soo clean and shampoo bottle was half not new and hand wash bottle was also not filled. While sleeping on bed sound of cracking comes. The receptionist was busy in playing games in mobile while i asked something at night and he didnt answer properly. The money paid was not worth it for this stay

It's a wonderful place with a peaceful environment. It feels great and refreshes your mood. The rooms are excellent and the service is also very good.

I had booked room through fab at this reaort for date 09 feb 25 to 11 feb 25. We reached the resort after driving of 6 hours and I was tired due to driving, the owner sent the maid to call me at reception to complete check in formalities. I requested her to wait for some time so that I can take some rest as the room alloted to us was at 2nd floor (the resort does not have lift). Then she took my documents to complete formalities, but the owner sent her back to call me immediately at reception. So, I visited him. During visit with him, despite of online booking from fab, the resort owner was pointing that you have paid less money for the rooms and I will check with fab for the same. Overall owners behaviour was not right, it feels like we were living free in his rooms. Due to this my mood was off for a while. Anything between him and fab should be sorted internally. No kitchen available in the resort. The maid at hotel is good and loyal, she returned my smart watch which I forgot in the room at the time of check out. Thanks to her. Overall my experience is mixture of good and bad.

We stayed for four nights in raj resort hotel in Goa. The room provided to us was nice with balcony. There is no lift but the staff helped us for the luggage up to 2nd floor. We had morning breakfast in the tarrif but we can't get breakfast on the day of checkout date citing unwell reason. Incharge mr Pawan was helpful in arranging the vehicles for our outing. Thanks

Worst experience with Fab Express Holiday Suites in South Goa. There was no one to help us upon arrival at midnight 12, and the property was under construction. The place was so stinky and rats everywhere. Vikas from reservations team who suggested this hotel and took advance payment was so rude and disconnected our calls after our 12-hour journey in heavy rain.
