I stayed here with family and Friends. Towels provided were not clean. Pillows were very pathetic and not at all comfortable. Bedsheets and blankets were also not clean. You can't adjust hot water in bathroom shower. Resort did not have proper restaurant facilities. WiFi was intermittently working in rooms.

Not good for Family and friends I recently stayed at Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and amenities. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, which made my stay even more unpleasant. The AC in my room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved during my stay. Additionally, I did not have access to hot water, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned properly, and I had to request basic amenities multiple times. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hotel to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and poor service made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.

I had checked in with my family seeing the outer view of the hotel thinking the hotel will be good and hygienic but it was completely opposite, the hotel was unhygienic and expensive. The rooms they provided us for rs.1200 for the night stay and the room was a proper disaster with no complimentary water and when we reached out to the reception he was not able to provide us with the same and even the tap water was very dirty and because of it we were not even able to take a proper bath. No hot water provided. They provide us non working A/C with no remote. The window curtain was very dirty and the recharge plug was not properly maintained. There was no phone in the room to call in reception for any needs. In all I want to say the experience was very bad. The reception manager was not so supportive. I have provided some images of the room please look into it and then decide to check in or not.

One of the worst places to stay in Goa .. we had booked 2 family suits.. paid advance too.. but they gave our suit to some one else for higher price and gave us a non ventilated small room for the same price. They don't clean the place.. it's filled with bed bugs.. it took 3 days for them to remove coffee mugs... Swimming pool was so dirty. I highly not recommend this place ... You will get a better place for the same price.

Its Worst Resort for Family. Not recommended to anyone. We have very bad experience in service as well as in money. Rooms was not Good and in very bad condition. There was no facility of Bath Water Heating, Bed Was in worst condition at the time of Check Inn & there had lots of mosquitoes in room. Also there was no facility of food. We booked room for 4 days but due to service issue we check out rooms early and payment also had not get returned from resort... We feel that we wasted money and our precious Diwali Vacation by booking in this resort....

Worst place to live in Goa not worth 5k rs at all. Doesn’t match with pictures at all. Small room with zero amenities and no hygiene and cleanliness. No table chair no kettle no towels no space to even walk or stand. Rooms with bad odour and irresponsible staff saying they can’t do anything as the owner is somebody from mohali who doesn’t visit.

Complete fraud Worst place in goa The owner / manager are too much rude. Do not come here at any cost So I booked 2 deluxe rooms for a single night, when asked to share photos while booking, they sent google photos link, which were obviously fine, but when asked to share current photos, they declined. Even though I booked deluxe rooms, they gave us normal rooms. When we asked the receptionist he said these are not deluxe rooms, but then the owner or manager started saying it's a Deluxe room only and then the receptionist changed his words.

Extremely disappointed. Ugly,inconvenient and conjusted rooms. Not at all hygenic. Not suitable for family nd couples. No cupboards in some rooms in their delux category. No hangers. Smelly toilets. Pictures are taken from some angles and deceptive. Not worth for the money we pay.
