Probably the 1st time that I am writing a bad review for any place. Visited this hotel on 14th Jan with my friends. I would specifically make points on this resort .My experience was not at all good. If you book jacuzzi bathroom room none of it is in good condition to use that washroom. No bathroom door can be locked from inside. These are the points: 1.They need to immediate do a pest control for all the rooms they have in the home stay. A must must must. When i entered the room which was claimed to be cleaned for us to stay we found ants drop offs and other insects all over the bed. We had to call the guys but they didn’t listened no actions were taken on that. 2. Food- I think the worst experience till date i had with homestay food. I will not complain on the food taste but on the quantity and other stuff. I think the hotel needs a proper maintenance.

Don't even think about this hotel for once I bet you,You would never want to stay in this hotel. We did this mistake by booking this hotel for 3 days for around 12000/- rs we are still regretting..we faced so so many problems that I ll mention below... 1. After we booked the hotel by giving some initial amount of 3000/- They did provide a no.. when I called on that no I got to know that it was a wrong one then somehow i managed to have a right no and called, someone named Priyam received it, I asked him 2 3 simple questions but he got offended and started talking rudely.but we couldn't cancel our booking bcz we had already given a token amount 2. We had a booking for a premium room but When we reached the hotel and saw the room it was like have been closed for a weeks, balcony was common for two different premium rooms and that too very dirty. Window curtains was beyond dirty you would not like to touch it also. So we compromise our premium room to a deluxe one... Deluxe room was also not maintained was tiny unhygienic plus bathrooms was even smaller however we had no option left. 3. Even after shifting to deluxe one there was a list of problems like shawer was leaking even if you r not using it, room had no wifi, tea cattle or a single phone in the room to contact to the reception and tv had no recharge however they did recharge when we asked them twice, and yes, that fridge, Oh my god that was damn dirty like a dustbin and was not even getting cold.I have uploaded some photos too.. there was a locker but wasn't working though. Pillow covers was torn too in our room. 4. Full hotel area was full of dust but I was shocked to see even decorative item on the reception desk was also full of spider webs. 5. We were provided by only 2 small packets of shampoo and some local white soap which we didn't use and towels... Hotel did provide a single water bottle for 2 people. 6. And yes swimming pool is also not operational they say some of the part is under maintenance since last 3 or 4 months ...Lol 7. There is safety issue too bcz I didn't see a single cctv on our floor and not sure about the reception area bcz didn't notice. Only good thing about this property is the location, other than that this property is total waste of money....

It’s a scam if you have booked online. Even after the confirmation from online they won’t accept that booking is done. They will just ignore you. Very bad experience. Receptionist was highly unprofessional. They run a broker rout. They just sell double, thrice price the same room from online price. Pathetic, poor , Ek dum gatiya. If there were -ve rating I would have given it. If you don’t want any surprise at hotel after online booking, don’t book this hotel else your itinerary will go for a toss.

Ignore this hotel if you are going to book by seeing the online photographs because photos is looking good but actual rooms and amenities are not there. Lift is not working, charging plugs are not working in room, bathroom shower is not working properly, there is no staff for servicing, even bathroom is totally transparent any body can see from outside bathroom door cannot be locked. Service is worst. I give it zero start if I can.

Worst experience. Never book this hotel. We have booked it online through Agoda and also got it confirmed from their chain FabHotels. Upon reaching the hotel, they denied saying that there was no such booking. I would have given a negative rating if it was there.

To start with, the hotel is still under the previous managements name i.e, baga residency which makes it difficult to locate it even though you will be roaming in front of it. The hotel welcomed us with a bunch of big mosquitos. Never take a room thats in the ground floor as it is swarmed with mosquitos and stinks badly..The hotel is undergoing renovation which we were never intimated about while booking. The receptionists were not welcoming too. The breakfast option is very limited..

This hotel is very worst. Receptionist are so unprofessional. They are literally like ill mannered people. They don’t even know how to respond to the customers. Very bad experience. I recommend not to go to this hotel. They don’t care about the customers at all. There was not less than 1 rating to give for there behaviour and service. I would have given negative rating. Worst receptionist.
