Affable Hotel Goa

Negatives :- Room was average. Old property. Washroom toilet flush was not working on both room which I booked. No backet no mug so you can't even wash...! Ac was not working with remote, either you or room boy has to climb on desk/chair to switch on/off. Not provided blanket on both rooms Dirty bed sheets and pillow covers but they changed after requesting pillows. They outsourced foods. Due to 2nd Oct dry day we faced hotel staffs issue so couldn't get stuffs easily and delayed. 2500 is not worth for a night. Positive :- Location is good. Check in process is good Swimming pool is there. Manager behavior & Adil behavior are good and cooperative. Exp was not good. Hope management will solve these issues for future guests.

Terrible stay -Our Goan Nightmare We were a group of 4 people in total, 2 Married couples. Day1: Arrived late night at the hotel ans were greeted with makeshift rooms joined to each other with even the lock on the connecting door not working . No blankets provided instead were asked to make do with bedsheets. No towels Available No Shampoo available Shower gel dispenser not working Shabby and dirty Lenin on the bed . Dirty room and washroom Day2: After multiple requests changed to better room only to be greeted with no water in the washroom. Day 3: Parking Fiasco , no control over hotel parking and guests are left to fend for themselves. In shot its a poorly managed property with fungus and seepage growing in the room. Helpless staff.

Thank you for ruining our experience in Goa. We had to call the staff and wait for atleast 30 mins everyday to get a drop of water in toilet. I was stuck in toilet without water for half an hour. They didnt even gave us basic amenities like towels, bucket and mug. They said no hotels in goa gives bucket and mug.. seriously?? 😂. The bedsheet was so dirty that we even regretted coming to goa. It had more dust than baga beach. They claim they have 24 hours power backup, but we faced power outages every day of our stay.

Very poor management. We stayed there for 3 days and most of the time we were facing issues with water and electricity. There is nobody to look after car parking. For the price given this is the worst stay possible at goa.

Unhygienic,dirty rooms, non cooperative staff, basic amenities not provided which oyo gives, ac remote not working properly, blankets not provided , washroom not cleaned with poor facilities.

We have porior booking and Take 4 hour to get a room .. no response from support staff side .. am not recommended this hotel to stay . Same my experience.

It's nice hotel , to stay in Calangute area. Rooms r spacious to stay. And staff r good and polite. Swimming pool is also good.

This hotel does not exist anymore, i made a booking through its website and made advance payment when I reached this hotel is been taken over by Oyo they are fraud please do not make the booking, i am also going to make an fir against it
