Henry's Place

I along with my two friends had stayed in a three bed room just for one night. In their price range, this was the best decision we made. The owner herself came to the room and explained all the utilities and stuff in the room. Rooms and property was very neat and clean. There was an issue in ac and she immediately changed the room. It's at walking distance from Calangute beach. Liquor shops adjacent to this place are theirs so booze is also easily available. In front of them a cozy restaurant is also there which has good food. Overall, if you are looking for a budget friendly stay close to the beach, this is the best place to stay in.

Nice rooms well atmosphere, No extra crowd. Friendly Nature of the owner. Home-like feeling. Best for couples. My wife and I stayed here. Calangute beach and Baga beach are near this place. Refrigerator available. TV available. AC available. Locker available. Hot water available. Gallery available seating. Free WiFi available. Laundry facility also available. Overall a good experience.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were significant issues that impacted my stay. The owner displayed a lack of basic etiquette and respect for privacy. Despite providing services, the owner entered our room without permission, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. There was a constant focus on micro-managing our activities, with excessive instructions and unwarranted inspections. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and less welcome. While the property itself is commendable, the attitude and behavior of the owner need substantial improvement to ensure a more respectful and enjoyable experience for guests.

Super cozy n away from all hustle bustle.we were a group of 9 big spacious rooms, cleanliness was up to the mark & great service.Its nearby beach yet peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Henry’s Place. A family run business with a pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness was at point always and we returned to a spotless room daily. A very high standard of maintenance throughout.||All family members were approachable and supportive from arranging our tours, booking taxis, advising on local cuisine to recommending best eateries/restaurants. ||The beach was literally less than 5 minutes away from Henry’s Place, making it all the more convenient to head to the beach at anytime. It was a pleasure to walk down Holiday Street consisting of cafes, souvenir shops, salon/beauticians, street vendors selling crafts etc..again minutes away from Henry’s place, certainly gave out the vibes of being on holiday, living up to its name, |‘Holiday Street’. ||Having been our first visit to Goa, the family went the extra mile to show us the hidden gems of Goa.||Overall, I would throughly recommend staying at Henry’s Place and I would have no hesitation booking here again on our next visit.||Thank you to all the family at Henry’s Place for a wonderful and relaxed stay.||Hafiza & Zulfikarali

Rooms were quite spacious with a balcony and the bathroom was neat and clean. They provided free water bottles daily and separate beach towels if needed. The beach was within walking distance. Owner hospitality was commendable.

God's grace we found Henry's place at last minute late night. Accommodation deserves the best in every way, hospitality to cleanliness. Felt at home especially with a pet of theirs 🤗. Definitely our next stay will be there 😃. Tq Mrs. Filomena for being so helpful. Don't worry abt food the place right opposite has the best food, tea milk etc.
