Hotel Gabriel Calangute beach

Location - located near to Market place Food - not serving Service - rooms was good in condition but AC was Not much powerful as we expected. Swimming pool was best for relaxation. Staff- behaviour of lady owner was rude with customers. There was a musty smell coming from the room. Other wise budget friendly rooms was great 👍

Decent stay at Hotel Gabriel Calangute Beach, The room was spacious with an attached bathroom and balcony, Bed mattress was not at all good, i didn't notice while sleeping but once i woke up, i had a back pain, Rest everything was good, with decent swimming pool,The staff was friendly and helpful, Specially Ms Fernandes was very helpful while check in time, The location was perfect, Walkable distance to Calangute beach, Within walking distance to many attractions.Only recommended for anyone looking for a budget and pocket friendly stay. Prices are too fair and very affordable, accepts cash, card and online payments, 2 wheelers parking is easily available at this place. Location is easily accessible on Google maps.

Very rude behaviour, they increased rate when we reached after online booking. When enquired about this owner reacted rude saying you take it at this rate if you want. We had travelled 30 mins for this place after booking and when mentioned this he says not my problem.

Budget rooms.. you get what u pay for.. not bad.. not too good too..there are basic amenities.. with the balcony. the room i stayed had very poor cell phone signal .. both airtel and jio.. but they provided wifi.. it was ok.. not fast.. but does the job.. it was difficult when there was a power shut down in the area.. employees are good.. there is a free car parking.. But one thing I noted down in many comments that people are complaining that they booked for ac room but hotel provided non ac room.. it was tricky situation.. i booked in agoda.. even i thought I booked an ac room.. but later i came to know that it was not an AC room.. the room description doesn't say anywhere that it is a non ac room.. it simply says "Double Room" with 3 adults , 2 adults ike that... also they don't have Ac rooms listed next to these rooms with much price.. so that common ppl like us would understand that we book a non ac room.. but it was not the case.. also i noticed they had mentioned air conditioning in public area(screenshot attached).. this sentence will make us think that we are booking an AC room.. a hotel having a pool with air-conditioning in public areas and all... we eventually think we book an ac room.. it is a mistake from our side... not sure if all these things were deliberately done to confuse people... If it is not done that way then the management should realize that it is really confusing people.. Look at the screenshots.. i had booked the double room... The same room now shows air conditioning in the description... Sounds like when I booked i had seen this air conditioning.. then later next day they removed it? I donno.. it is not just me.. so many people have complained in reviews that they didn't get ac room... I expect they should clearly write descriptions that mention we are booking for a Non AC room.. instead of just "Double Room" they can mention "Double Room - Non AC" . If not in the header atleast mention in the description that it is a non AC room.. it is plain and clear what we are booking. Isn't it? We ought to know in a direct way that we are booking a non ac room.. most of us gets surprised at the time of check-in... this is an expectation from the hotel as they are into hospitality and should think from their customers angle.. Im giving less stars only for this confusion... Otherwise I would have given 4 stars..

Very bad experience at this property. Property owner talking rudely and not showing any bloody respect to other state tourist. Noted that they are asking for more charges even when we did booking from online apps such as agoda etc. Out of 5 , I wanna give 0 rating to this property.

Very bad experiences. No service staff are there . You not getting any kind of response after reached there.Owner has no manner to talk. You feel you reached at horrible place .You have so many options to stay at goa so don't stay single night at la gabriell beach inn hotel.

It's a family own property. It's the most pocket friendly place. But the family is impulsive, women's are better, but men might dominate you. If you can handle that softly then its close to beach, walking distance of 5 min. Bed was spring matrix, tv wasn't working, shaver was broken. And the family didn't wanted to be disturbed... But it's calm & pleasant place with good size rooms & expect a homily stay than a hotel. You don't get any room service here. Family is more family who will shout & care from the heart, but they don't know professional way of hospitality. If you can deal all this. It's a place for you. Property owner live on ground floor.
