Capital O Hotel Supreme Grande Near Calangute Beach

Property is good, staff isn't as cooperative as they charge you for the stay. Breakfast is also a 3/5, only thing we liked was their breakfast tea, everything else was boring and tasteless, not to forget that they keep margerin instead of butter. Nothing exceptional about this place apart that it is located in the market place. There are many more properties available at this rate around and are way better.

First in check in. They told me to pay cash in hotel and not to pay in oyo. Paying in Oyo I was getting 1000 discount. I accepted . When we entered the classic room. Both the room where full of insects. Then we told to change the room. They gave another room but still lots of insects. TV and Ac was not working. Check-in date they told me to pay in cash 15000 but I told that I will pay next day. But they did not agreed. I was forced to pay cash on check in date around 11pm. Really disgusting. Room service was zero. Breakfast was same of last 5 days. "Puri baji" . I think its onwers special dish. That's why he want to everyone to eat everyday. Poor quality of breakfast. Please don't take breakfast in ur package because u will end up eating same thing continuously. No hot water. No manager or onwer available in the property. Suggestion. Please do an pest control. Mr onwer please attend all the issue. Really 0 quality hotel.

nice staff and supporting nature. i booked room by oyo and satisfy with service, one problem to searching the property their is confusion with name one another property hear with same name. just walking distance from calangute beach and also help us to give some extra time for stay. our flight at evening time.... thanks a lot to gr8 stay by OYO....

Need to improve their housekeeping work, limited 4 wheeler parking- not available and regular cleaning only done on demand. My stay AC wasn't fully functional. Food was awesome but if they improve will be the beat

The stay was too good. I would like to thank Muhammadali and Monica, I guess the names are right, the Two Receptionists for their endless help and support during my stay. Will surely visit again and recommend also. The food amenities location everything was too good. Thank you so much once again Team.

The worst breakfast quality. Also the room is not clean. Room is too smelly. Cockroaches in room. Linen is too worst. Not clean. Advise to all people that don't book this hotel. Otherwise face those issues.

Amazing stay experience and very helpful staff. Only request is to please improve the taste of breakfast and arrange more toasters, only one resulted in long queue when all guests lined up for bread toast

Not a very pleasant experience as they changed the room rate next day saying the dayshift manager was not aware of change. I had to shift to a different hotel. Also lot of cockroaches in the room.
