It's a very awesome and peaceful place to stay. Room is clean, tidy and very spacious.All famous beaches like Calangute, Baga,Candolim, Anjuna are near to this locality.The owner of the villa is very friendly and helpful. If one wants a budgeted property with all facilities can choose this villa for the stay...We had spend good time here.. Thanks a lot ...Hope visit soon again😊

Rooms are clean and tidy. It's a kind of PG accommodation. But location is poor. It's quite remote and you would not be able to find on Google. Good for bachelors who just want a place to sleep. No visitors allowed. Make my trip gives you wrong impression that place is full. I am the only one staying here. Overall, good place for people on budget looking for ac and spacious room.

I recommend this villa for families and elderly persons than bachelor-friends kind of stay. Villa is very clean and amenities like TV, Fridge available. It is located a bit far from main area thus providing good peaceful stay but location is too hard to locate even for local cab-wala. We struggled almost an hour to reach there from calangute main bazar. Villa manager is very assistive. No good restaurants/bar, bike rentals near by. Location is both the advantage as well as disadvantage of this villa, depends on what kind of trip yours is.
