Bliss by stays

The rooms were okay. The staff and service were really very good. We were four female travelers and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was always present when we needed and also very helpful. Hot water was only available in the evening. The Ac and wifi worked fine.

There's lot more to say. I'll start with service, it was good for us. Fan was not working properly, solar water heater was not working, TV was not working. Complaint was registered from day 1, but no proper solution provided for us. Everytime when we complaint about the issue with staff and management, we used to get false satisfaction by saying "we will get the issue resolved soon", but till the last day of checkout, issue was not resolved. We have not received any support, nor we have recieved any compensation against the issue. Poor management and services. Room's was also not properly maintained, leakage in washroom, no hot water service etc. Even after multiple complaints, management didn't think of resolving the issue, only false hope we've received. Overall not satisfied. Anyone is trying to book rooms here, kindly make sure to get things sorted 1st before checking in.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY location : Actual location is 1.5 km away from what is shown on google. You will struggle in narrow roads if they don't share location with you. Parking : Parking is available outside the facility Hygiene of the room : WORST. Rooms are quiet smelly. Beds were full of dust and blanket was fungy. See the photo. Staff : Money minded. When I contacted them for location, instead of guiding me Sunny (host) was more interested in knowing how much money I have already paid and whats mode of my Payment etc.. Also worst part is I booked room at their another facility (which was near the beach) and at the last moment they changed my location by mentioning some power cut issues. I was left with no other option.

The rooms were not clean, and there was no hot water available. Additionally, the lack of parking was a major inconvenience. The congested bathrooms and absence of room cleaning service further added to the frustration. The roads around the hotel were extremely congested, making it difficult to navigate. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Stay was good at Bliss by stays for 3 days. Amenities were good for this price. Room is very spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids.Extra bed is available by default.Sunny (Receptionist) was very supportive and friendly. They should improve in keeping the enough bedsheets, seems they are repeatedly using the same bedsheets and towels without washing for other guests.This should be improved.Hot water is not often coming.Overall stay was good

It was good, desk was helpful. A big plus is the Car parking, it’s really huge and can fit 10-15 cars I quess. But the only issue is small roads to the hotel. Only one car at a time can come to and go from the hotel. I quess most of the roads in Goa are small lanes internal roads. Overall it was good experience. Cleaning wise it was okay.

I wasn't supposed to give review here.. But the reason is I keep getting popups to review this place 1. I got a room on 3rd floor I blv it's 308 2. Argued with the receptionist for a 3rd person he was charging 500 extra wherein online it was only 50rs extra (after having a conversation with the manager they agreed for 50) 3. First he said he will give Tea after my argument he said no Tea 4. Rakesh was the best he provided us Tea 5. No latch for the bathroom door. I informed him about the latch he told us to adjust. 6. No mirrors in the room, just one mirror in the bathroom 7. Stay was cool.. ac worked well .. other staffs were really good 8. While leaving receptionist asked to give review forcefully I told him I was not happy with the stay he approached my mom, then I told him ill give 3star then he left. 9. Check out time was 11 but 10:30 he asked us to leave but he was good enough as we requested to keep our bags for an hour or 2 and he did that. 10. Hotel is really cool near the beach .. 11. No dustbin in the room 12. Cheap hotel at a reasonable cost maybe that's y .. I had a bad stay.

First look of the room was bad. Upon raising concern, they cleaned pit pat. Very very happy with the boys of cleaning staff. Tea quality was perfect. Will recommend for cost efficiency. 0lus point. Very near to beach n local market.
