Hotel Sarala Crown By Coral With Pool Calangute Beach Baga Beach

It was a great hotel, 6 years back but last week it needed a whole lot of renovation, the fan was not working, walls had the putty coming out So I won't say it's a bad hotel as per the price and as the staff and other members were trying to give the best service they could, but they either need to improve the hotel conditions or lower the price a little. Even though it's a season.. but being a tourist if I see something in pics I would be needed exactly the same.

Hotel was overpriced for what it is. My room had no kettle, no handsoap in bathroom, iron was broken and no AC remote. I asked for an AC remote and a kettle to be given which both were. Problem was AC remote was taken from the room next door and didn't work. I was left with the choice of being too hot or too cold all night. The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived, flies in the sink and what looked like rodent feces. The pillows were exposed through the pillow covers and were definitely not clean, brown pillows are not a good look.. I also asked for coffee and water to be given to the room and after 3 days I was still waiting. I'd not recommend this hotel, the pictures are either very old or intentionally deceiving. Only positive is the wifi was better than the hotel I was in prior

At the rate they are charging, the quality of services is good. The breakfast is buffet type, although you have plenty of tables to sit. The breakfast is on terrace and you can have a good view of surrounding area.

(1) If you are going to book after hearing the name of the fab hotel, think again. Fab is the only suffix they use. So don't go by the name of the fab hotel. (2) Due to non-availability of hot water, young children had to bathe with cold water. (3) TV channel is not working at all as they don't pay the TATA sky rent. They change after our request. Means they don't check. (4) The front desk person is very arrogant while asking a query. (5) They misguide us on Google maps that they accept UPI or credit cards. But they don't accept it.

The staff is generally courteous and helpful. The room was changed due to unsatisfactory cleaning standards. Our plans were disrupted due to the lack of hot water. The room and carpets were not cleaned on a regular basis. There are no restaurants on the premises. I would not recommend staying here.

The carpet placed in the room must have been cleaned a year ago. The mud on it was actually sticking to our foot. Washroom was clean and neat. Overall, the room was ok. Services of the staff (especially at the reception) was not that great. His body language seemed like he was hardly bothered with any business coming in / any services to be rendered. Location was good. The monetary value that was paid for the room for a day is inversely proportional to the overall service provided by the hotel management.

Trip Type: couple stay 1.Room was Excellent with size and cleanliness. 2.Wifi and TV available in room with sofa. 3.Complementary breakfast have only limited items and veg only but taste was good. (Omlete, bread and coffee every day in their menu) 4. Swimming pool is at the back and it is good for kids since depth is ~2 feet. 5.Location is excellent in Calangute road, all restaurant, general stores are walkable. 6. Price 3,750/- per day with breakfast ( we stayed for 4 nights) 7. The hotel do not accept Agoda booking since it quotes less price. Hence, better to book on official website. 8. Staffs at reception are always available and gave good service. 9. Only bottled waters are provided (Kenley) everyday and there is no purifier in the restaurant. 10. Parking: 5 cars can be parked.

The hotel is good but not as expected. Very small hotel. No proper passage, children play area, pool was at the back, kind of different place only. Rooms are down the aisle. Terrace was good. Breakfast was ok type. Not "GOOD". No variety in breakfast. All in all it was a 2 star experience at the cost of 3 star. 😊. I would not prefer this hotel whenever I am planning to go next time and i would not suggest also. There are so many other options available. The only reason why I booked this place is because "FAB" is there in its name. But............ You can decide. I have told you almost everything.
