well we stayed in cottage surrounded by trees and plants, we payed around 1200 per night. its not the best but its good. calangute beach is on walking distance. variety of restaurants nearby. for us staff was good and co operative,

All we know is the experience was disastrous. Room's are stinky as well as filthy. Management personnel are inefficient with respect to in-house services and amenities provided. Overall would like to advice you to avoid this hotel in order to have better Goa experience.

worst place many mosquito is there and allout also not provided to room, no proper service , staff not talking properly we have taken a ac hall capacity of 8 person and blanket given only 4 , asked him same then he is replying that we do not provide blanket, if u need then talk to owner this is shocking for us for a small reason we have to speak with owner. But after arguing he is ready to give us separate blanket to every ( 8 ) person. Also no hangers in bathroom for hanging garments towel , if some one decided to go there first confirm about blanket and mosquito solution and cleaning and every thing other wise do not go there.

Sharing my worst experience. Hotel is not clean and they don’t even care. They do not clean the garden area. Price is low but they don’t provide basic facilities. Don’t get attracted to low price, find some other place with affordable price. Rude staff. If you ask them for small things they will always say no. .

Dirty rooms and surrounding, Non working AC, completely useless staff, unhygienic bedsheets and food quality. No direct way to reach. False imagery on Site and Google, avoid booking. False commitments about location from Beach. Totally cheats

Little inner from the road. Location is good. Little older building. Have a garden front attract guest to spent time.. Also having mini bar, if you group of guest may enjoy a lot...

Worst place to go.Staff is very rude.they dont even give blankets. Staff enters room without even knocking the door and there is no privacy.Never stay at this place.lots of mosquitoes and no basic amenities also provided.
