Don't go by the negative reviews.. The hotel is definitely a worth staying.. Situated at Excellent location with nice clean rooms and helpful staffs. Also the Breakfast is really good.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Hype We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days with our family, including a 2-year-old child, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had to endure our entire stay without a working air conditioner despite multiple complaints. Pros: 1. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Cons: 1. The amenities promised—such as a mini refrigerator, kettle, and a designated smoking zone—were missing. 2. The hotel claims to enforce strict rules at the swimming pool, but I saw a group of bachelors drinking in the pool late at night. 3. Despite repeated complaints about the non-functioning A/C, different technicians would come, check, and promise to return, but no one ever did. I overheard the receptionist on a call saying to someone, “You don’t have to do anything, just show up and leave.” Quite unprofessional. 3. The breakfast was disappointing—we just had bread and jam every day. The only decent thing served was tea.

Not recommending this hotel to anyone It's a very bad experience everywhere there is fungus in the room, my concern is that even if you get this kind of room free of cost nobody will stay there. Then how can a hotel offer us this kind of room even after we are paying them their standard charges. Even after asking the hotel staff about the issue they are very hesitant to change the room. Due to this inconvenience I had to find a better hotel option nearby at a higher cost. I would recommend don't go for online booking in this hotel online. If you are still interested then directly visit the hotel and book only after checking the room conditions.

We had booked 5 rooms with breakfast. Only poha and upma was served for 4 days Some of the rooms were stinking and smelling bad. No hot water in some rooms. Staff behaviour was not good. Even after complaining they didn't fix the issues. Fan was making lot of noise. Not worth to stay. We expected to get a good stay for 4 days but dissatisfied with the stay. Expecting the compensation as all 10 members are unhappy with the spent.

A good Premium Budget Hotel will most of the amenities. Being a part of Rio Hotel Chains one won't be dissatisfied with this hotel. Rooms Good, Large Bathrooms, Swimming Pool to chill out. Best place to bring children and family for stay. Mr Shubham and other staff are also cooperative.

**Terrible Booking Experience – Avoid This Hotel** I made a reservation through Booking.com in June for a stay from December 31, 2024, to January 6, 2025, as I had a wedding to attend. The booking price was around ₹12,000 plus taxes, and I was thrilled to get such a great deal during the peak season. I called the hotel right after booking to confirm the price, and the receptionist assured me that the rate I got through Booking.com was correct. So, I went ahead and completed the booking, but I was advised by the hotel staff not to make any payments at that time. In September, I called again to confirm the booking and pay in full. This time, I spoke with a receptionist named Ashwitha, and to my shock, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation. After contacting Booking.com, they spoke with the hotel, and suddenly, my booking was "found." Ashwitha then told me not to make any payments yet because the hotel was undergoing renovations, and their payment system would only be available 30 days before check-in (on November 30, 2024). Yesterday, I called the hotel again to check, and while the reception staff found my booking, they asked me to speak with their sales manager, Samsher Ali, as it was peak season. When I finally got through to Samsher today, he informed me that my booking had been canceled because no payment was made. I explained that Ashwitha had previously told me not to pay until the end of November, but he said he’d look into it and get back to me – I’m still waiting for a response. I tried calling the hotel again and spoke with Ashwitha, but the conversation ended in frustration, with her telling me to contact Samsher. She couldn’t explain why I was advised not to make a payment earlier. She eventually hung up on me when I asked why my reservation was canceled. I’ve called Samsher several times now with no response. It’s clear that this hotel is completely mismanaged. They seem to cancel bookings made at lower rates when prices rise, without notifying customers. I received no communication about my booking being released and am now left with no accommodation and sky-high rates elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I strongly urge others to avoid this place.
