Hotel Orfil

If you are looking for a basic hotel near the beach then Orfil Hotel is the best option which is approximately 300 to 400m away from the Calangute beach. The room was air-conditioned, spacious, and clean and we had an amazing stay. The toilet and bathroom were clean and spacious too with 24x7 hot water availability. I mean I was very happy with the 1000₹ I paid per day which was worth it. Plus they installed RO water on every floor. The receptionist Ajay was very helpful and courteous. If you are looking for any luxury by paying 1000₹ then don't expect anything over here, but if you are looking for some basic stay options then you consider Orfil Hotel as your option.

Clean and big rooms with amazing service which includes Hot and cold water, wifi, A/C, T.V. The location is great which provides access to all beaches at North Goa. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful in providing information regarding the eateries, shops, and tourist destinations. Overall, a good experience at Hotel Orfill.

For the price, the room is good. Big size, working ceiling fans, very clean. Basic but quite comfortable overall.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Orfil I recently stayed at Hotel Orfil, and my overall experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I entered the hotel, the lack of staff presence at the reception was evident. I had to call them for assistance, and they came from upstairs. Upon entering the room, a damp smell permeated the air, making the stay uncomfortable. The RO water facility, crucial for our three-night stay, was not operational throughout. We had to purchase water bottles from outside. When we inquired about the water issue, the receptionist was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. The troubles continued on the second day when the bathroom washbasin got clogged. Despite reporting the issue promptly, the staff's attempts to resolve it were unsuccessful. When we requested a return visit after a brief delay, the staff failed to show up, and their subsequent explanation was dismissive and rude. Overall, the service at Hotel Orfil was subpar, and the staff's attitude left much to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel and would rate my experience as extremely unsatisfactory.
